Name: Secret Technique : Imbue
Requirements: Learned from Syra / Ozanaru Jutsu Scroll
Description: This is a secret technique passed down in the Ozanaru Clan. It originated with the original Naru Priestesses who used to bind demonic souls to both arms and armoury. Not only did this shape the Ozanaru bloodline but it also shaped a very prominent part of the Ozanaru clan, priestess powers and weapon forging. In combination this allowed the priestesses to make equipment that would imbue special powers to the wearer / wielder. They also learned techniques which could repair and refine the equipment that had unique abilities of its own.

Well, it's good for something more like organizations. Making custom weapons for members works well IC.

And why's that? I don't think just anyone could make powerful weapons with abilities.
