Personality: Yasuo is well known for his leadership and fantastic charisma, even from a young age he charmed the unpersuadable and effectively led squads of shinobi through dangerous trials and potentially fatal encounters, mainting himself as a strong leader even for those much older than himself. When he was elected to the position of Tsuchikage at 16 years old, Iwagakure was balancing on a knife edge, it had been attacked and almost destroyed twice whilst losing its previous kage under suspicious circumstances, its economy was shot to pieces and the integrity and pride of the Iwa people was laid to waste. No one truly expected Yasuo to be able to turn the village around, but they knew that if it was possible then he would be the one to do it. The Fourth is immensely proud of the changes Iwa went through under his leadership, it is now amongst the most powerful of the villages and is practically impregnable to any attack, Yasuo has spent years guiding the village and he would die to protect it without a second thought. The only thing that means more to him than the village itself is the people and ninja that reside within, he sees these people as his family and knows that protecting them is his top priority. The Fourth is a generally pleasant man, he often jokes around with people even if he's just met them and he loves to talk with those of his village or teach any ninja that require it. Yasuo vacated the seat of Tsuchikage at 22 years old to Hio, a powerful ninja who he knew could be trusted as he left to take care of important business on behalf of the Ark.

In battle Yasuo is a cool and collected fighter who utilizes strategy and forward planning to get the upper hand, his natural tendancy for ninjutsu has led him away from other fields of combat  however he has maintained a competency in taijutsu and genjutsu. He can be a very defensive fighter who often lets himself fall on the backfoot to let an opponent think he has the upper hand, though of course when the time is right he launches a counterattack that he has been preparing the entire battle.

  • Name: Sand Manipulation - Stage Two
    Requirements: Must be trained as a 6-point Kinjutsu for stage 1; must be trained as a 24-point Kinjutsu for stage 2 (in addition to stage 1). Must request permission for stage 2 separately after having obtained stage 1.
    Description: This is a skill necessary to utilize several unique jutsu related to controlling sand. It does not do anything else at stage 1. At stage 2, it gives the user the ability to manipulate the sand to a great extent, exceeding the limits of the jutsu when it comes to basic movement of the sand and requiring less chakra to use them.

  • Name: One Handed Seals
    Requirements: Ninjutsu specialist, at least B-rank, 3 point kin training
    Description: A skill only present in very few shinobi, their skill with ninjutsu is so supreme that they only require a single hand to perform handseals for a jutsu. This allows a shinobi a certain element of surprise even in a one on one fight as very few ninja have ever seen this skill in use and fewer still have ever mastered it, needless to say, it is much easier to hide a single hand than two. One might assume that a jutsu cast with only one hand may suffer in power or that it may cost more chakra to use but this would be incorrect, there is no difference between a jutsu cast with one hand and a jutsu cast with both hands.

  • Name: The Will of the Village; Will of Stone
    Requirements: Kage and Administrative Permission (Head of Moderators or Higher) A Kage can get this if an Admin finds their pride to be that fierce. 3000+ Fame. Must have done something MAJOR for the village, something worth noting and worth this SA. 3 Maximum for this SA, some exception in very very special cases.
    Description: Long ago, back during the creation of the villages a powerful force instilled those of a village with a sense of courage and might, at first established by Hashirama Senju, The "Will of Fire" was element seen throughout history. It is an ideal, and the life philosophy Hashirama Senju lived by and held, which has since been passed on to many ninja from Konohagakure as a part of their spiritual heritage. The 'Will of Fire' states that every true Leaf shinobi must love, believe, cherish and fight for the village's sake, as many previous generations had done before them.
    According to Hiruzen Sarutobi, the "Will of Fire" is what gives the shinobi the strength to continue fighting against all odds, building willpower and strength of character. It is also symbolic of the hopes and dreams of the previous generation being passed to the next.

    Long since the times of Sarutobi the Third Hokage, this will has spread throughout the lands, so strong was his own will and pride that it began to inspire other villages to be strong like this. Building pride for ones own people. Many Shinobi are proud of their village, among the hundreds of Shinobi that join the villages own ranks there are many with a powerful, and strong will for the people. But among all those people are those who are known to stand out among all these proud ninja, they are said to be the true inheritors of their villages pride. A kage who sees this is granted the right to praise such a mind set, and can bestow the greatest honor upon said ninja, so great that one with this is more fierce than even the sanin themselves. They are known as the will of the village.

    The Will of Stone; So confident, that they like the mountains can never be deterred from their goals.

    The Will of the village comes not only with a sense of pride and confidence, but those bestowed with it are said to become stronger than one could imagine feasible, one might say that Hiruzen himself is strengthening these men, as the grow to be the most indomitable Shinobi across the lands. Granting them the most powerful endurance one could imagine, as they will fight for their village and Shinobi way till their bodies cease to move, that included they become impossible to demoralize, for this will is too strong to take off the path of their passion. They can no longer be taken be shaken in will and will keep fighting through any ability that would make them cower, or lack the will to fight on.

    The Will of Stone; Yasuo Amano in his youth possessed a legendary technique, said to move the moutains with his will and with his strength he could bend the earth as easily as it was to walk, passing on this legacy it is said that those with a Will of Stone gain the same ability, known as Control of Stone and learn to manipulate the rock of the earth as they will.

  • Name: Keeper of sacredness
    Requirements: Must be the keeper of Sacredness, May only be 1 in existence, Gains Taijutsu as a primary.
    Description: The keeper of sacredness is just as the name dictates. They are the keeper whom oversees the acts that inspire others to find faith in anything that they do, thusly improving and gaining a firm grasp of morals to live by. This Keeper is one whom in the end has proven to be the most volatile snapping at the slightest sign on injustice that others have caused, and repaying them in kind. The Keeper of Sacredness is one however who has the ability to chant their techniques, which allow them to perform jutsu without hand seals, but instead for the rank of the jutsu or ability that requires hand signs they will state a chant in place of it, and for each rank their chant increases by three words, where E rank jutsu take no chanting.


    • Name: Sacred Alteration
      Requirements: Keeper of Sacredness, C rank
      Description: An ability that Nirvana shall bestow upon the Keeper of sacredness, it is one that allows for them to cast all jutsu equal to their level as though it was 1 rank lower in chakra cost, while maintain the same level of power in the jutsu. Reversely they can increase the power of the jutsu by 1 rank for all purposes, for cost equal to one rank higher.

    • Name: Sacred channeling
      Requirements: Keeper of Sacredness, A rank
      Description: An ability that Nirvana shall bless the keeper of sacredness after they have reached a level of understand amongst themselves. It is an ability that is like no other. It allows the Keeper to sense the aura of anyone around them, pinpointing their locations general area. This also allows them to once they have seen the opponent even once read their chakra levels perfectly, as well as their control over it and such. This ability cannot be impeded in any way once it has locked onto the chakra signature.

    • Name: Sacred enforcement
      Requirements: Keeper of Sacredness, S rank
      Description: An ability that is considered by many to one that the former Crucis had in their possession, the fallen Crucis that is, but it in reality is not so. This ability is one that in all actuality allows the keeper of Sacredness to use evil to their own will, this in turn meaning any attack that is demonic/inhuman/or vampiric in nature can be turned against the one whom cast it towards the keeper of sacredness. This is done but a simple 1 word chant “Repent” the keeper shall weaken whatever cause the attack and source of the attack by 1 rank for each time the action is performed, to a minimum rank of E. This can only be done on those whom have had their chakra signature traced however, and it cannot lower their rank.

    • Name: Sacred Blessing
      Requirements: Keeper of Sacredness, 4 Point training
      Description: An ability that the keeper of sacredness has been known to use whenever they are in a bind. It is an ability that blesses the ground they are upon, making no effects hit them but that of their own. This does not mean that jutsu and other such techniques will not hit them, no this is not the case, rather only the effects shall be cancelled. This can be done over a wide area, and will count for chakra cost as an A ranked jutsu for every thirty feet they bless. They only receive this effect while touching the sacred ground.

    • Name: Nirvana’s Temple
      Requirements: A Keeper limit
      Description: An ability that allows for all keepers to communicate with each other mentally, it is a limit that is very simple in its design. Using the cross upon their heart they shall be able to not only communicate with each other but know the locations of the other keepers when they desire to know so, allowing them to find them no matter the situation. This ability also cannot be disrupted as it fueled through the power of Nirvana making it nigh impossible to attempt to stop let alone understand, for those whom are not keepers.

    • Name: Nirvana’s Alteration
      Requirements: A Keeper limit
      Description: An ability that is granted too all whom are under nirvana’s favor it is an ability that makes their chakra or other energies have the taint of nirvana upon it. This allows them to have the ability to hide the nirvana’s gifts through it masking them with its own presence making it so while one could still detect/see their chakra/other things, they cannot detect the clans limits or know anything about them by any means. This also enhances their chakra control by one + in addition to the first portion of the limit.

    • Name: Nirvana’s Guidance
      Requirements: A Keeper limit
      Description: As the Nirvana chooses it’s followers within the different worlds and realm, so does it grant them the knowledge of the world from which they herald. This is in the form of greater understanding of knowledge and a greater ability to comprehend such knowledge making them if anything smartasses in some regard to how much they know. This gives them a teacher bonus for all jutsu, a -25% learning curve for all kinjutsu and SA’s, and the ability to gain double training points for teaching others techniques.

    • Name: Nirvana’s Penitence
      Requirements: A Keeper limit, A rank
      Description: An ability that all Keepers at some within their endless lives shall gain, it is one that is pure in heart, spirit and mind. Blessing the Keeper with the ability to never fall ill, nor suffer from anything that might draw them away from Nirvana’s light, causing them to never suffer from corruption in the slightest, and making them the panicle of what one might call “Holy”. This means that one with this limit cannot be changed from this bloodline, nor may they be corrupted via abilities that work such ways nor suffer from anything that would plague the body.

  • Name: Henge no Jutsu - Transformation Technique
    Type: Ninjutsu
    Rank: E (Basic)
    Requirements: None
    Description: Henge no Jutsu is a ninjutsu technique which every ninja learns at the Ninja Academy. Henge allows the ninja to transform themselves into any person or object. This allows the ninja to move with stealth or to trick their opponents. However, it does not grant one the properties of said objects or skills of that person, meaning turning into a weapon will not allow you to cut an opponent and turning into a dog will not give you a great sense of smell.
    This technique can also be used in conjunction with someone, who may a person, a pet or a summoning creature, in which case it is called Konbi Henge (Combination Transformation). However, its principles remain the same.

  • Name: Bunshin no Jutsu - Clone Technique
    Type: Ninjutsu
    Rank: E (Basic)
    Requirements: None
    Description: Bunshin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique which every ninja learns at the Ninja Academy. The Bunshin technique creates a copy of the ninja without substance. The copy resembles the ninja in every way. This clone can function as a distraction or as means to confuse one's opponent. As soon the Bunshin gets attacked or comes into contact with an opponent, it will disperse.

  • Name: Kawarimi no Jutsu - Body Substitution Technique
    Type: Ninjutsu
    Rank: E (Basic)
    Requirements: None
    Description: Kawarimi no Jutsu is a basic Ninjutsu technique. When in danger the ninja will quickly substitute themself with another nearby object. This can be a block of wood or even another person. This allows the ninja to quickly flee and hide while the original object takes the brunt of their opponents attack. Naturally, it won't work with another person unless their skill gap is enormous, and the object to replace oneself with must be close in size and weight to the ninja themselves. This technique must be set up a little ahead when fighting skilled opponents, otherwise, you may end up getting struck because you wouldn't have enough time to use it.

  • Name: Kinobori no Waza - Act of Tree Climbing
    Type: Ninjutsu
    Rank: C
    Requirements: None
    Description: A skill that every self-respecting shinobi must have. It is based on concentrating chakra to the soles of one's feet and using it to stick to objects, which would allow one to walk on vertical surfaces and even upside down. This is also often used as chakra control training, since the soles of the feet are said to be the hardest place to control your chakra.

  • Name: Nawanuke no Jutsu - Escaping Skill
    Type: Taijutsu
    Rank: D
    Requirements: None
    Description: A very basic skill, without which a shinobi would become the laughing stock of the village. It allows them to escape ropes and similar simple restraints. However, advanced knots and heavier restraints than a simple rope may be too much for a basic skill like this to handle.

  • Name: Suimen Hokou no Waza - Act of Water Surface Walking
    Type: Ninjutsu
    Rank: B
    Requirements: Kinobori
    Description: A more advanced technique than Kinobori, it allows one to walk on water or other similar liquid or amorphous objects. It is used in a similar fashion to its predecessor, but the shinobi must also release a constant flow of chakra into the water to keep themselves on its surface. It is often used as advanced chakra control training, since it takes the same basic concept as tree climbing technique and kicks it up a notch.

    D-rank:

  • Name: Doton: Moguragakure no Jutsu - Mole Hiding Technique
    Type: Ninjutsu
    Rank: D
    Requirements: None
    Description: This earth element ninjutsu lets the user hide underground for extended periods of time. A shinobi using this technique can also move about, which may allow for an escape, surprise attack or something else. However, a skilled opponent may be able to detect the user by sound, vibrations or other, less conventional means.

  • Name: Kai - Release
    Type: Ninjutsu
    Rank: D
    Requirements: None
    Description: A very useful technique that dispels or prevents the effects of genjutsu in its early stages. To perform it, the user only needs to hold their hands in a tiger hand seal and channel some chakra into it. A lower-level genjutsu will be dispelled without any harm to the user. This can also be done on someone else, in which case the user must touch them before releasing the technique. However, it is a low-level ninja skill, as there are more effective ways of countering genjutsu. This will only dispel genjutsu of B-rank or below.

  • Name: Shunshin no Jutsu - Body Flicker Technique
    Type: Ninjutsu
    Rank: D
    Requirements: None
    Description: Shunshin no Jutsu is a basic Ninjutsu technique. The ninja will appear and disappear in an instant, allowing them to retreat or attack suddenly. To facilitate the movement the ninja will often use nearby elements such as mist, sand or leaves to mask their appearance or disappearance. While it may seem like the user simply appeared or disappeared, the technique is actually a momentary increase in movement speed towards a set location.

  • Name: Oboro Bunshin no Jutsu - Haze Clone Technique
    Type: Ninjutsu
    Rank: D
    Requirements: None
    Description: A technique that seems to be a direct advancement of the usual Bunshin no Jutsu, it requires a few hand seals and creates dozens of clones of the user. Just like common clones, these are merely illusions, but they can easily be recreated if some are destroyed. Naturally, this jutsu's sole purpose is to confuse the enemy.

  • Name: Utsusemi no Jutsu - Empty Cicada Shell Technique
    Type: Ninjutsu
    Rank: D
    Requirements: None
    Description: By using their chakra and a few hand seals, a shinobi is able to project their voice to different areas in the vicinity, thus masking their location and numbers and possibly confusing the enemy.

    C-rank:

  • Name: Doton: Doro Gaeshi - Mud Overturn
    Type: Ninjutsu
    Rank: C
    Requirements: Must be on the ground
    Description: A defensive ninjutsu that creates a rock wall in front of the user. To perform it, they must first form a few hand seals and then put both their palms on the ground. After that, a slab of rock will stand up straight to protect the user from an incoming attack. However, this wall is not as strong as one would think.

  • Name: Katon: Goukakyuu no Jutsu - Great Fireball Technique
    Type: Ninjutsu
    Rank: C
    Requirements: None
    Description: A primary offensive ninjutsu for any fire user, it requires few hand seals and not much chakra. The user will take a breath and exhale a ball or stream of fire. In the former case, it can be launched in any direction, but its speed is not very impressive. In the latter case, it must be aimed at an opponent on the ground within twenty feet of the user, but is executed much faster.

  • Name: Doton: Doushou Danmaku [Earth Release: Rising Barrage]
    Type: Taijutsu
    Rank: C
    Requirements: Dochu Eigyo no Jutsu [Earth Release: Underground Projection Lure Technique]
    Description: With Dochu Eigyo no Jutsu activated and the ninja being safely hidden underground, Doushou Danmaku can be used. The proper technique for this jutsu is for the ninja to grab the ankles of their target. Instead of pulling them under as with Shinjuu Zanshu no Jutsu [Earth Release: Inner Decapitation Skill], the ninja will hold on and for the most part explode out of the earth extremely fast. The desired effect is for the shinobi to pull themselves up very fast, with their legs and feet leading the way. Pulling with their arms on the enemy's ankles, they can strike the back of the target’s head or the face with both feet, performing a double kick. The ultimate affect is that after the kick the enemy would fall to the ground and could easily be pinned down, captured, or killed.

  • Name: Doton: Shinjuu Zanshu no Jutsu - Double Suicide Decapitation Technique
    Type: Ninjutsu
    Rank: C
    Requirements: None
    Description: A ninjutsu used to trap the opponent in the ground. The user must first get underground and directly below the target, after which they will pull the enemy into the ground so that only their head remains overground as they emerge on the surface. The collapsing ground will effectively block the victim's movement as they fall into the hole, so it will take them some time to escape, if they are able to on their own at all. This jutsu can be used to pull an opponent underground completely, but in that case a firm layer of earth or rock will not be created around the target's body and they will be able to escape much easier.

  • Name: Kankaku Gyoutai [Sensory Delay]
    Type: Genjutsu
    Rank: C
    Requirements: None
    Description: This jutsu operates on the principle of "the hand is quicker than the eye", a phrase the user will often say just before activating it. It delays the target's sensory perceptions by one second, making it seem as though time has paused. The pause is only one second long, so it seems as though it never really happened. The user will then continue the battle, but the opponent will think the user is one place, while they were there a full second before. This allows the user to usually get in two or three hits before the target becomes aware of the delay. After this the target might realize it is Genjutsu and use Genjutsu Kai, or they might not realize it and just try to anticipate one second in advance.

  • Name: Daisan no Me - The Third Eye
    Type: Ninjutsu
    Rank: C/D
    Requirements: Sand Manipulation stage 1
    Description: An unusual technique, it creates an eye of sand somewhere not far from the user. The shinobi must close one of their eyes and put two fingers of either hand to that eye, and they will be able to see from the third eye's perspective. Of course, closing both eyes will not prevent the technique from working, and actually allows them to keep their hands free and use the technique nonetheless.

    B-rank:

  • Name: Shattered Blade
    Type: Nin
    Rank: B
    Requirements: Sword
    Description: User channels chakra into the sword and causes it to shatter into several small pieces, then controls them to use as tiny blades and make small cuts across their enemy, then the blade reforms.

  • Name: Sabaku Kyuu - Desert Coffin
    Type: Ninjutsu
    Rank: B/C
    Requirements: Sand Manipulation stage 1
    Description: This technique uses sand manipulation to wrap sand around the enemy and restrict their movement. The coffin can be floated around with the trapped target, so it's a useful technique for transportation of captured enemies.

  • Name: Doton: Doryuudan - Earth Dragon Missile
    Type: Ninjutsu
    Rank: B
    Requirements: None
    Description: After the user makes the necessary hand seals, a large dragon head made of mud will appear from whatever they're standing on next to them and release a number of mud projectiles. The damage dealt by these is not very high, but quite enough to pummel any target badly. An advantage of this technique is its speed: the dragon head appears very quickly and the projectiles fly quite fast.

  • Name: Suna Shuriken - Sand Shuriken
    Type: Ninjutsu
    Rank: B/C
    Requirements: Sand Manipulation stage 1
    Description: An unusual technique, it uses sand for projectiles. Despite its name, these projectiles do not have any kind of cutting edge and deal purely blunt damage, but they do make a strong impact. Hitting an enemy with a few of these could prove to be the advantage one needs to win.

  • Name: Kuchiyose no Jutsu [Summoning Technique]
    Type: Ninjutsu
    Rank: B
    Requirements: Approved Summoning Animal
    Description: Having signed a contract in blood; any ninja with this ninjutsu technique can summon a beast, or beasts, from another plane of existence to use in battle. The user must use their own blood as a "sacrifice" to summon them, after performing the hand seals corresponding with their animal. There are many variations to the Kuchiyose, and some of which include the substitution of a life as a blood sacrifice, or even no sacrifice or hand seals at all. Shinobi of D-rank can only summon minor creatures, and only ninja of A-rank or higher can summon boss-class creatures.

  • Name: Shuriken Kage Bunshin no Jutsu - Shuriken Shadow Clone Technique
    Type: Ninjutsu
    Rank: B
    Requirements: Kage Bunshin no Jutsu
    Description: This technique is used to create additional projectile weapons. After throwing some shuriken or other weapons at the target, the user will quickly form the required hand seals. As they do that, the amount of weapons they threw will increase. The chakra usage of this technique is directly dependent on the amount of copies you create and the size of the actual weapons. The cloned weapons are real and can deal the same damage as the originals, except for weapons with special qualities the clones of which will be common ones. The weapon clones appear slightly displaced close by the original and follow the same trajectory.

  • Name: Gutai Bodi no jutsu
    Type: Genjutsu
    Rank: B
    Requirements: None
    Description: This genjutsu affects the target's central nervous system, it causes the target to be unable to move or feel anything from their limbs by blocking off the synapses in the target's body from letting any information from the brain pass and thus leaves them open to and defenseless against an attack. This genjutsu lasts for one round.

  • Name: Doton: Doryuu Heki - Earth Style Wall
    Type: Ninjutsu
    Rank: B
    Requirements: None
    Description: A widespread defensive ninjutsu of the earth element, this one creates a large rock wall at a desired location. To perform the jutsu, the user must first form the required hand seals and then they will either spew a line of mud on the ground or put their hands on it.     Description: This technique is performed without hand seals, but it requires a weapon filled with senbon needles to be used. The user will toss said weapon, usually an umbrella, upwards and release the senbon hidden inside using their chakra. This will create a dense shower of senbon, which the user can also direct using their chakra. This ninjutsu is very powerful not only because there is practically no escaping it, but also because each needle can pierce through strong armor.

    Description: The user forms a few seals and releases their mental chakra. This chakra enters the target and impedes the signals from the eyes to the brain and causes their vision to go black.     Description: Despite its name, this technique barely provides any defense, even against earth element attacks. This armor lasts until it strikes one target when the user is hit with a physical attack, dispersed by the user or somehow destroyed by the opponent.

    Description: A mid-range technique which utilizes lightning element. It does not require any hand seals to be used, but is limited in range. The user will channel some lightning natured chakra into their hand and a wolf made of lightning will appear beside them and charge the target. This wolf is connected to the user's hand with a lightning "leash", which is how it's controlled, but it is limited to forty feet range because of this.

    Description: A specialized creation of Raiton Element used from the mechanics of Salamandra. The user creates Lightning in their hand and then can spead it as if a snake around the body for various effects.

    Feet: If used with the feet, the electricty uses the moisture in the ground to conduct and can shoot out from the ground up to 4 feet of the user for a surprise attack.

    Description: This ninjutsu technique creates multiple copies of the user. The difference it has with any other clone technique is that it creates solid copies who possess the full physical and jutsu ability of the user and they are undistinguishable from the real person by any means, since they even have the chakra circulatory system. These clones are also fully autonomous, meaning they can move however far away from the shinobi they want and not dispel. Unfortunately, they still disappear after taking a hit. This technique, while powerful, poses a risk to the user, since it splits their remaining chakra evenly between all clones and themselves. Another notable thing about this technique is that the user gains whatever knowledge their shadow clones have collected when they dispel.

Thus making a forest of earthen trees that reach up to take life from the user's intended target, giving this jutsu it's name. This jutsu takes some seconds to perform and so takes careful and ready planning to be effective in battle.

    Description: This is a strong fire element technique. After the user forms the necessary hand seals, they will expel large dragon head shaped fireballs from their mouth. These fireballs are quite strong and fast and can punch through concrete. Strangely, they have a rather solid form and can actually bite the opponent and tackle them, while burning them with the flames at the same time.

    Description: This technique creates a physical replication of the user made from lightning. It acts like a normal clone with a physical form and has the full physical and jutsu ability of the user, though it is still quite limited in chakra amount. When it is hit, the clone will burst into lightning, effectively shocking anyone who was within two feet of it and dealing light damage to anyone who was touching it. It doesn't require many hand seals to be executed. Any special weapons the user may have had on them when using this jutsu will be copied partially, losing any special qualities the original has. The Lightning Clone can perform a few C rank or below lightning jutsu the user has, but in doing so it loses it's shocking damage.

    Description: A strong fire element technique. After making the necessary hand seals, the user will take a deep breath and exhale a large stream of searing flame.   • Name: Ranji Shigumi no Jutsu - Wild Lion's Mane Technique

    Description: This technique utilizes the user's hair as a weapon. After they form the necessary hand seals, the shinobi's hair will lengthen greatly and become very hard. The user can then control their hair almost freely, using it to directly attack someone in a stabbing manner or trap them by wrapping their hair around them.

  • Name: Kebari Senbon - Thousand Hair Needles

    Description: After forming the required hand seals, the user can harden their hair and launch them like senbon. Naturally, chakra is used to make the hair into usable projectiles and to launch them. This results in a massive rain of needles flying at a very high speed and as strong as the toughest steel. The more projectiles are launched, the more chakra it takes to use this technique.

    Description: This technique creates a dragon-shaped lightning tornado, which forms around the user after they make the required hand seals. This provides some protection while they are executing the technique. The dragon can then be launched at a target and, if hit, the opponent will take heavy damage and electric shock. Additionally, anyone within three feet of the tornado will be struck with a weak jolt of electricity, so a close dodge won't work so well.

    Description: This is an advanced skill for breaking genjutsu, however, no shinobi should be without it. It allows one to break illusions without hurting themselves, does not require any hand seals and works against stronger techniques than Kai. Since every genjutsu in essence is the opponent confusing one's five senses by interfering with their chakra flow in a specific way, momentarily stopping your chakra flow completely and then reversing it, which is what this skill is about, can break theoretically any illusion. Naturally, one's skill in controlling their chakra determines how well this will work.
    Allows one to break a genjutsu of S rank or below. For the lower rank characters, genjutsu of A rank or below take one whole post to break, while genjutsu of S rank take two posts. For higher rank characters, genjutsu of A and S rank take a whole post to break, while genjutsu of B rank and below take half a post. Kinjutsu genjutsu require twice as much time, though only higher rank characters can break A rank kinjutsu, and none can break S rank kinjutsu.

    Description: After forming the necessary hand seals the user collects their lightning based chakra into their hand and forms it into a long spear shape, about 6 feet in length. The spear is then thrown at the intended target, due to the fact that it is pure raiton the spear moves very quickly through the air and also has impressive cutting qualities meaning that it will easily pierce through steel. If the target is hit directly by the spear, it will pierce straight through their bodies and then the target will absorb the full voltage of the attack, severely shocking them but also preventing the spear from going any further.

  • Name: Rasengan - Spiral Sphere/Oodama Rasengan - Big Ball Spiral Sphere

    Description: A strong, but rather primitive in its execution ninjutsu attack. It does not involve any nature manipulation, but it takes the shape manipulation of one's chakra to the highest possible level. Basically, it's a sphere with chakra spinning seemingly chaotically inside of it, but this seemingly easy technique deals excessive damage and takes a lot of skill to master. The training can be broken up into three basic steps: first, one has to be able to spin their chakra in their palm at a high speed; then, one has to be able to concentrate a large amount of chakra into their palm while still spinning it to build power; finally, one must learn to retain this vortex of chakra to a ball shape to be able to utilize the full potential of this jutsu. The resulting attack will saw at the target with wildly rotating chakra and throw them back with a lot of force and rotation. The illusion of the chaotic rotation of chakra is caused by the fact that it spins at the same speed on all layers, which means it makes more full rotations per second at its center than at the edges. Oodama Rasengan is a really primitive advancement of the common Rasengan, the only difference of which is putting more chakra into the technique. Its size and power are about twice as high, although it only uses about one half more chakra, which happens due to the nature of the jutsu. It is likely possible to force even more chakra into it to further increase its size and destructive power, but that would take someone with an immense chakra pool size.

  • Name: Suna Bunshin no Jutsu - Sand Clone Technique

    Description: A technique that creates a copy of the shinobi made from sand. This clone has the same physical ability as the user, but is unable to use any jutsu. However, it will not shatter easily and may catch an opponent's attacking limb or weapon into its body to limit their movement.

    Type: Ninjutsu

    Requirements: Earth element
    Description: A defensive jutsu which rips up huge amounts of earth from around the user and encases them in a sphere, the earth is then condensed and reinforced with chakra. This defense proves to be so strong that it can block pretty much anything that is thrown at it, in short, it is an ultimate defense. However there are downsides. The most obvious is that the user cannot see outside of the dome, secondly this jutsu uses up an immense amount of chakra that even the strongest of shinobi could only hope to be able to perform it twice before they are completely spent of their chakra pool.

  • Name: Suna no Tate - Shield of Sand

    Requirements: Sand Manipulation stage 1
    Description: A very powerful defensive ability, it fully utilizes sand manipulation to protect oneself actively. Following the shinobi's will, the sand will move to intercept any attack they desire. Of course, this is far from an instant move and larger attacks may be impossible to avoid by using sand as a shield. The shinobi may form the sand into a spheric barrier around them to get better protection, but that naturally prevents them from seeing, and likely hearing, smelling or otherwise detecting, the opponent until the sphere is removed.

  • Name: Doton: Domu - Earth Spear
    Type: Ninjutsu

    Requirements: Earth as first element
    Description: A technique used in close combat or for defensive purposes, it hardens part or all of the user's body using earth element. As a result, their taijutsu attacks will become much heavier or their defense will increase a lot. This costs more chakra if used on larger areas of the body, and constantly drains some while active. It does not require hand seals to be used.

  • Name: Kuusa Bouheki - Sky Sand Protective Wall

    Description: A powerful protective jutsu, it creates a massive barrier out of sand, provided there is enough sand around. This wall can block huge attacks and float in the air to provide better coverage.

    Requirements: Sand Manipulation stage 1
    Description: One with the ability to manipulate sand may form a thin layer of sand on their skin for additional protection. The sand will be compressed with their chakra to be able to reduce a formidable amount of damage, but it takes a considerable amount of chakra to use it. This also makes the user heavier, which can prove to be an advantage or a disadvantage, depending on situation.

  • Name: Genryujin
    Type: Ninjutsu
    Rank: S Kinjutsu
    Requirements: Inherited from Yasuo
    Description: A very dangerous ninjutsu which is ultimately a last resort, Genryujin forcibly increases the user's chakra pool to unimaginable levels, not only this but the user's muscles are also enhanced allowing for a drastic increase of up to 900% in their physical ability. Genryujin causes the user to undergo several changes in their physical appearance, the most notable of which is that their hair will grow longer and become bright white, almost glowing. Secondly the user's iris will turn a deep gold in color with dark reptillian slits for pupils and finally their skin will be covered in dark arcane symbols which as they appear spread forth from the centre of the user's chest. The severe strain placed on the body by this technique means that if it is used regularly (three threads in a row) or even overused just once it has the potential to kill the user, even if they don't reach that point they will still need to spend some time resting after use as they will be almost completely drained of chakra and stamina, not to mention the damage that has been done to their muscles.     Description: A technique that covers a large area and requires a massive amount of sand, it is practically impossible to avoid without a special ability of some kind, since it creates a huge wave of sand. This amount of sand does not seem possible to jump over from the ground and it knocks down trees or buildings that may get in the way.

  • Name: Sabaku Taisou - Desert Imperial Funeral

    Requirements: Sand Manipulation stage 1
    Description: A technique very similar to desert funeral, only one that works with an area covered with sand. Putting their hands on the sand, the shinobi will cause it to crush anyone caught inside of it. Naturally, this technique is absolutely useless if the opponent is standing on top of the sand or above it somehow.

  • Name: Katon: Karyuu Batsu
    Type: Ninjutsu

    Description: After making the required handseals the user is surrounded by a ring of searing hot flame which would severely burn anyone within three feet of the user. A large dragon of fire then appears around the shinobi and can be fired at the opponent and if it hits, can cause heavy fire damage, the heat of the dragon is so intense it can burn the skin straight off the target's body.

  • Name: Katon: Roshin'yo

    Description: An unusual jutsu by regular katon standards in that it does not originate from the user's mouth. Instead after the user has performed the required hand seals a large stream of flames blows up before their torso and blasts out in the direction of the target. Roshin'yo spreads outward in a conicular fashion and at its widest point covers 15 feet accross with flames hot enough to melt rock to magma, the maximum range of the flames is 30 feet.

  • Name: Gokusamaisou - Sand Prison Burial

    Description: This jutsu turns an area of the ground thirty feet in diameter into quicksand, trapping anyone who was caught in the area and making them sink. This quicksand is insanely, dozens of meters, deep. If the victim cannot escape it before they descend a considerable distance below surface, they will become completely unable to move.

    Description: A defensive ninjutsu of great power, the user releases their chakra and creates a transparrent barrier which surrounds them like an orb. The only way that the barrier can be seen by the naked eye is if it is attacked in which case the section that was struck will light up with a pinkish hue whcih is where the technique takes its name from. Sakura Shouheki has the ability to block any chakra based technique, the interesting thing is that creating the barrier itself costs no chakra at all, however this doesn't mean that the user can block techniques without any chakra use. Every time a technique is blocked the user loses half of the chakra that was used to make the attack, if the user does not have enough chakra to block the jutsu then the barrier shatters, the user will be completely drained of their chakra, knocked unconscious and more likely than not the attack they attempted to block would hit them. The barrier can be made dense enough to protect against basic taijutsu and projectiles but a sufficiently strong taijutsu strike will pass through the shield, providing that it is not powered by chakra.

    Description: An interesting seal, this was developed to forcefully awaken the sleeping potential in a person's body which otherwise may never reveal itself. It does however come at a great risk with the user potentially killing themselves each time it is used due to the great stress that is placed on their body when channeling their dormant strength, which not only makes them far stronger but also may change the way several of their techniques appear. The user of the seal can only remain in their 'Aware' form for a small amount of time and so to increase this time it was made possible to release their inner power in stages instead of all at once which quickly burns up the ninja's reserves, however the user can go straight to the final stage if they so choose. It should be noted that the longer the user remains 'Aware' then the worse their body becomes, they will start showing symptoms of illness such as coughing up blood and internal pain if they remain 'Aware' for too long before eventually dying.
    • Stage 1: Upon releasing the first stage of their inner strength the user will undergo some minor physical changes such as a change in eye/hair colour. The boosts at this stage are that physical ability and their chakra pool are increased by 60% also the strength of jutsu cast by the user is increased by 20%. The maximum amount of time that this stage can be held without dying is 15 posts.
    • Stage 2: Upon releasing the second stage the user undergoes much more noticible physical changes such as a change in skin pigmentation or nails turning to claws and hair growing. The boosts for this stage are that physical ability and chakra pool are doubled, the strength of jutsu used is increased by 50%. The maximum time that this stage can be held without dying is 12 posts.
    • Stage 3: The final stage of awareness where one's inner strength is fully released, at this stage the user will undergo incredible physical transformations such as growing wings or horns, even changing height. The boosts for this stage are that physcial ability and chakra pool are trippled and the strength of jutsu cast by the user are doubled. The maximum time that this form can be held without dying is 10 posts.

  • Name: Chou Oodama Rasengan

    Description: This is another crude and destructive technique based off Rasengan. Basically, it is Rasengan, only instead of being the size of one's hand, it is almost two times their height. Naturally, the destructive power of this technique is superb, able to take out even huge summoning creatures in one shot.

    Description: This technique uses a large amount of sand to trap the target or multiple targets inside a massive sphere. It could only be useful against a single opponent if their movement is too fast for other techniques to catch them, so it is mostly used when blocking a large group of enemies is required.

    Requirements: Earth as main element, Elemental Rasengan
    Description: The Rasensho is the final step in Rasengan mastery for those with the earth element, combining the earth element with Rasengan yields a truly unusual and spectacular jutsu. The Rasengan warps both its colour and shape to become a miniature black hole in appearance, the Rasensho is a pure black mass of spiralling chakra about 7 feet in diameter, it is so dense with earth chakra that it even has its own gravitational pull which is surprisingly strong and makes it quite difficult to avoid when thrown at the victim. Contact with the Rasensho would more often than not result in immediate death as the full force of the gravity is released on impact. The gravity pulls in more ways than the Rasengan rotates causing anything it makes contact with to be shredded to pieces by the extreme force of the jutsu, this also affects nearby objects with a maximum range of about 10 feet.

    Requirements:A Keeper limit.
    Description: A simple jutsu it is one that all Keepers should learn, and if they don’t they are dumb. This is a jutsu that takes over the users body in a sense flowing through their veins which allow for the Keeper to form their chakra in a unique way. This technique requires no hand seals and shall cover their body in a ethereal glow of sorts. This technique is as strong as the amount of chakra placed into the jutsu, and the jutsu can be cancelled at any time to regain chakra that has been put into it, or rather chakra that is left within it.

  • Name: Channeling

    Requirements: A keeper limit.
    Description: A jutsu that allows the keeper to summon another keeper to the field through nirvana, allowing for them to be at full ability when they enter the thread. This jutsu takes but a few simple hand seals and poof they shall appear from a channel near the one whom had summoned them. This jutsu does not allow the Keeper to return to nirvana mid battle as to avoid damage, only to use it as an access point for the summoning instead of a poof of smoke or however other summons are summoned.

    Description: This is a jutsu that allows for the user to create a sort of bow and arrow effect around their dominate hand. This in reality is nothing but pure chakra manifested from their body in which they can manipulate it to an extent forming that of a small bow around their arm. They may then fire out chakra arrows of the rank of this jutsu they wish to use. At C rank they may fire normal arrows, at A rank the arrows may be fired two at a time, and at S rank the arrows may have an elemental effect that they possess from other jutsu placed upon it, (Such as fire burning, water having high pressure etc.)

Yasuo Amano's childhood is nothing special, and is a similar story to alot of ninja, his parents were ninjas and his father was killed in the war. His mother decided that she could not risk Yasuo becoming an orphan and distanced herself from dangerous missions and fighting. When Yasuo told her he wanted to become a ninja just like his father his mother was overjoyed and saddened at the same time. "I'm so glad he's following in his father's footsteps, he becomes more like him everyday. Yasuo has his father's drive and determination, but what if he gets hurt? I couldn't live with myself if anything were to happen to him!" At 13, Yasuo graduated from the academy and it was the most memorable day of his life thus far, his mother was so proud of him. It was the start of his life as an Iwa ninja he would press on and never look back, this was his chance to fulfil his dream, to become the most respected ninja of Iwagakure, the Tsuchikage.

On Yasuo's very first mission, which was to deploy a wagon of food and supplies from a local food vendor, he was forced to make his very first kill. The mission opened the young shinobi's eyes up to the world which he was now a part of, death and murder is an everyday occurrence for a shinobi, and one who cannot accept that will die soon enough. It was on the little genin's second mission, which was to take care of a bunch of troublesome dogs, that he first encountered Mizu Houoh Seyun. Mizu was a young and impressive ninja from Otogakure, on this mission Yasuo observed how Mizu's skills were far superior to his own, the genin realized that to become truly powerful and realise his dream, he may sometimes have to humble himself before others. Yasuo made a request of Mizu to take him back to Otogakure so that they could train together and both become strong, and with that a strong friendship mixed with rivalry was born between the two youths.

Throughout that first year, Yasuo had changed alot from the academy student he used to be, he had learned much and become far stronger. And all this was soon to be put to the test, the chuunin exams were fast approaching. Yasuo met back up with his friend, Mizu and the two travelled together to the chuunin exams, where more than just a few surprises lay in wait for them. Upon arrival in Konohagakure, the genin present for the exam were ordered to divide into teams of two, naturally Mizu and Yasuo formed a team with each other feeling confident that their styles would balance each other out in the trials to come. As the opening ceremony of the chuunin exams took place, Yasuo saw, for the first time, the man who would come to be a key figure in Yasuo's life, Inuzuka Tamotsu who was presiding over the ceremony. In his speech, the Inuzuka revealed that the genin taking part had unknowingly picked whom would be fighting whom, by choosing their own teams htey had decided their matches. And so it began: Round 1, Yasuo vs Mizu!

The young genin were forced to get over their shock and reluctance to fight each other quickly as their match was first. Though they were friends, neither Yasuo, nor Mizu was willing to lose, and so began a duel between two close rivals, to finally see who was the strength, and who was the loser. As the underdog, it was never going to be an easy fight for Yasuo, especially now that he was fighting his close friend, but he could never have forseen the struggle that was before him, Yasuo brought his greatest tactics and most powerful attacks to bear against Mizu, but it was never to be. The battle was long and tiresome for the two of them, both were worn out and at the limit of what they had but in the end, a last ditch effort by Mizu to claim victory caused Yasuo a potentially serious injury, and the proctor for the match was forced to bring it to a close, declaring Mizu as the winner.

After some short surgery and rest, Yasuo awoke to find Mizu sat by him, the two reaffirmed their friendship and Yasuo congratulated Mizu on his victory. Though soon enough it was announced that both he and Mizu had been awarded the title of chuunin thanks to their display in the battle, unfortunately the two did not have time to congratulate each other as the ground began to shake and the colliseum started to crumble and fall to pieces round their ears. During the entire exam, Inuzuka Tamotsu had been below the colliseum, preparing to release a horror the likes of which Konohagakure hadn't seen for decades, a bijuu, the ten-tailed beast! Attempting to escape the crumbling colliseum, Yasuo found that he still could not move very well thanks to his fight with Mizu, and on top of that, he had a sprained ankle. It was then that Yasuo met Seiko Mitsuki, a sword master and one of the three legendary sages. Seiko helped Yasuo to safety and took it upon himself to heal the new chuunin's injuries, after a short while, it was determined that the two would become master and apprentice. To signify this, Seiko had Yasuo sign his name in blood on an old scroll, the apprentice did as he was asked and the two left for Seiko's house.

Upon arriving at the house Seiko instantly got to work making a sword for Yasuo, Seiko intended for Yasuo to become a swordmaster like he and the boy was only too happy to oblige. So throughout the night, the two worked on created the perfect blade for the new chuunin. By the time morning rolled around, the blade had been finished, it was christened Apocolypse. And so Yasuo's training began, Throughout the next year, the two trained tirelessly together and Yasuo's skills vastly improved, he was now a shinobi of considerable strength, his skill with a blade was second only to Seiko. However, the dynamic duo could not last forever, Seiko left to protect Tamotsu from the ten-tailed bijuu and in the process, he sacrificed his own life. For a year after this, Yasuo continued his training, aiming to make Seiko proud and to fulfil his own dreams. Upon a chance meeting with a young man in the village of Iwagakure, Yasuo was taken to a mansion belonging to none other than Inuzuka Tamotsu wherein the former kage was awaiting their arrival.

Tamotsu informed Yasuo of Seiko's final words and why he had sacrificed himself to protect the former kage. Tamotsu revealed that it had not been his wish for Seiko to lay down his life for the sake of the Inuzuka's and in fact he had pleaded with him not to. Before he left, Tamotsu performed a jutsu that Seiko had given him, it was a personal message for Yasuo alone, and it was only he that could hear it. As the former kage left the scene, he presented Yasuo with Seiko's will, the sage had left everything to his apprentice, although the gift was great, he was saddened by it, he had lost a great friend. Tamotsu also left the house to the young man who had been his servant for years and who had guided Yasuo there. Times have changed and now Yasuo is the sage and the swordmaster, what would the future hold for the transformed ninja?

Not much later, whilst Yasuo was training at the forest mansion there was an explosion from the direction of Iwagakure, naturally the sage quickly returned to his home only to find Inuzuka Tamotsu stood over the dead body of the former Rock Lord. Enraged, the chuunin confronted Tamotsu about his actions, though not being satisfied with what he heard he attacked the Inuzuka but was easily defeated in a matter of seconds. Paralyzed by a powerful raiton jutsu Yasuo was forced to listen to Tamotsu's plans for the country and its people, it seemed that the Rock Lord had been corrupt, causing pain and grief for the villagers, a shocking surprise to say the least, but not as surprising as what came next. Tamotsu revealed to Yasuo that he planned to take control of Iwagakure and retake his post as Tsuchikage, he promised the sage that no harm would befall the villagers and that if the need came, he would lay down his life to protect them, on this condition, Yasuo pledged his alliegence to Tamotsu and his cause. Soon after however the chuunin left his home for a far away destination, he needed to train, build up his strength, being defeated so easily by Tamotsu had been embarrassing and he promised to himself that he would never suffer such a humiliating defeat again.

A few months later the sage returned to Iwagakure finding that the village was more prosperous and that the people seemed to have complete faith in their returning kage. Yasuo soon met with Tamotsu where the two shared a reunion such as that of old friends though this quickly got out of hand, an inner demon surfaced in Tamotsu and ended up throwing the younger ninja through a wall, practically destroying the side of the building. When Yasuo made it back to Tamotsu he found the Tsuchikage unconscious on the floor, Tsubaki, the ninja who had guided Yasuo back to the forest mansion in the first place revealed that Tamotsu had used a forbidden technique to increase his power but at the expense of his wellbeing, he had no explanation however for the way the kage had acted. Putting this aside Yasuo decided that he should take Tamotsu to a hospital as he hadn't enough medical experience to patch him up himself, on the journey however, Tamotsu regained consciousness, he revealed that another side of him 'Tsubatsu' had taken control of his body and attacked Yasuo, this was the same entity that released the Ten Tails under the colliseum in the leaf village.

Tamotsu took Yasuo to an old house about two miles away from the village there he told the chuunin that his mother was of the Guren clan, a famous shinobi bloodline in Iwagakure which is partially why he returned to the village in the absence of a kage. Though the two did not have much time for exchanging stories as they were soon attcked by a mysterious ninja who focussed on lightning jutsu, he introduced himself as Raiji of the Ji brothers. This ninja was quickly defeated by the combined strength of Tamotsu and Yasuo but not before revealing that his brothers were planning on invading Iwagakure and destroying it, he claimed that he was the weakest of his brothers and that the village of stone would be weathered down by their attacks until it was but rubble. The two ninja knew they had to act quickly to prepare Iwagakure for war.

This would be one of the final times that the two great ninja would work together, they successfully prepped Iwagakure for invasion and Yasuo took a place on the front lines to protect his beloved village. He was asigned alongised a handfull of other strong ninja to guard the most strategically important entrance to the village. Through this gate came three of the most powerful shinobi from the Ji's forces, these were the true leaders of the attack and their strength was astounding. The amount of time Yasuo spent on the wrong end of a bad situation was not helpful, his team were slowly wiped out whilst the attackers remained alive and aggressive. Thankfully Yasuo is a strategic master, he managed to lure the attackers to a place where he would have the tactical advantage, and when they followed he was able to sink all three into the ground and crush the life out of them for good. Iwagakure managed to fend off the attack of the Ji and completely destroyed its army in the process, Tamotsu however decided he could no longer cope with the title of Tsuchikage, he left for places unknown and left Iwa without a strong leader. Within days the council met and quickly elected the Fourth Tsuchikage, Yasuo Amano. Even though he was only 16 he was the strongest shinobi in the village and he had proved himself a capable leader by spearheading many dangerous missions in the past.

At the time of Yasuo's inauguration Iwagakure was in a bad state, its military might was crippled and its economy crushed, the new kage had a lot to do and through hard work and steady planning he managed to turn the village around. Iwa's ninja gravitated towards him, he proved he was the best man for the job beyond a doubt, certain ninja seemed to gravitate a bit more however and over the years he developed something of a romance with one one of his jounin, though neither he or she would openly admit it to the other, there were always things that got inbetween them. Regardless of his unfortunate love life Yasuo has become one of the strongest ninja around, his mastery of ninjutsu is known far and wide, it appears even more so than he thought. Eventually he was taken by the Ark, a strange force of good that cannot be described or explained, it enlisted Yasuo into its services as a knight of the Ark and one there to preserve the peace of the world. After this transformation it seemed that the rest of the Ark's followers who are known as the Crucis, knew of his appearance, they came to him and joined Iwa whilst pledging loyalty to Yasuo.

The woman that Yasuo held a flame for for years was supposedly killed, this event saddened him beyond what could be expected and though he remained the strong leader that Iwagakure deserved he has become somewhat broken, he believes less in the shinobi world and its constant violence though he seeks to tip the balance of war into the lap of peace. Things lately have not been going well for the other villages and Yasuo believes that a meeting of the kages is inevitable, perhaps this will be his chance to incite peace in the world, now in his sixth year as the Tsuchikage.

And as Yasuo predicted it was not long before the village leaders all met together. However this meeting did nothing to restore Yasuo's faith in the shinobi world and its politics as the leaders themselves were as children arguing over toys. The meeting did not last long and the kages hurriedly returned back to their ever weakening villages leaving Yasuo at a loss for what to do with himself now, he had gained nothing from the meeting but more disdain. It was then that the Ark offered Yasuo a way out for a while, it appeared that the entity had been observing the Tsuchikage for some time and wished to experiment with his behaviour, although at the time Yasuo only guessed the Ark wantedd to do him a favour. The kage jumped at the chance, he left orders for Hio to become his successor and quickly sorted things out with a few of the village elders before departing.

The Ark offered Yasuo a chance to awaken true power and great control over the stone he so prized and in the process it hoped to see whether or not it could replenish the Kage's love for the shinobi world and his desire to see Iwa become the pinnacle of life. In short, the Ark succeeded, through meditation within its realms Yasuo's power increased tenfold, he learned to control the tiniest particle of earth by itself or with millions of others in incredible attacks and defensive maneuvers. He learned the secrets of perfectly controlled chakra dn this allowed him to develop an elemental variant to his Rasengan, a jutsu which he is most proud of. During these arduous training sessions the Ark also attempted to affect Yasuo's mind in several different ways, the ultimate goal being to turn the man into an easily controlled weapon of justice using lies about the shinobi world to convince the Crucis to do things that he normally would not.

Perhaps the Ark would have succeeded if it had been given enough time, but it was not long before a force greater even than the Ark chose to liberate the Fourth from such a fate. Nirvana is what created the Ark among many other things, it saw what the Ark had become and chose to save a selection of its followers, one of whome was Yasuo. Nirvana has trusted the former Crucis with a portion of its power and given him back control of his own destiny. With his future now once again in his own hands he has just a few things to take care of starting with the woman he lost long before, Yasuo has learned that the stories of her death may be extremely exaggerated.
