Personality: While appearing to be calm and peaceful, often playing around with other animals, is extremely fierce when in battle. Very loyal but to only one master and always one master, and would die for him/her. Intelligent, wise, and experienced in combat and in other areas for the long life that he has had. Shiroi prefers to be with a companion always, be it an ant or a fellow wolf, but doesnt mind acting alone if he has to.

Description: Raiton: Gian is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Lightning Element. After gathering chakra and focusing them to Shiroi's mouth, He releases a wave of electricity from its mouth. This strong attack can be defended against by an equally strong attack of the same element such as Raikiri. If hit, the target receives first degree burns and becomes paralyzed for a duration of one post.

Description: Raiton: Bakuha is a Ninjutsu technique using the lightning element. After gathering chakra and spreading them throughout his body, Shiroi discharges the chakra into the surroundings, where everything within a 7 meter radius is shocked. Anyone hit receives first degree burns and stunned for a duration of one posts. Shiroi remains unharmed however. The jutsu can be used defensively to shock taijutsu users as they approach Shiroi, and can deflect projecticles if chakra is evenly and densly released.

Background: Shiroi was born into a famliy that lead the mystical pack of wolves that could utilize the lightning element for use. They controlled a vast area surrounded by high mountains where everything was covered by snow 365 days a year. Shiroi was trained by his father, the pack leader, to lead the group of wolves after he died. Shiroi went through rigorous and tough training to make his father proud and soon became one of the most powerful wolf in his generation, utilizing his incredible speed and quickness. His father then taught him to be intelligent and wise as a sage and thoughtful as a hermit. After leading several hunts, Shiroi had strongly established himself as the successor to his father. As Shiroi took over as the pack leader, many challanged Shiroi's authority on the group. He had to fight atleast twice every day and shedded many blood. This constant killing and fighting was a strain to Shiroi and he gave up on his title and left to wander the worlds, in search of a companion who he could stay with permanently or until he died.

Here's what I see wrong:

1. 300's a little old, no?
2. I think for "Race", you would put down "Wolf", no? O.o
3. A Summon's "Level/Rank", unless it's a Boss Summon, is equal to it's Summoner.
4. What are those Jutsus? Never heard of them.

um Kat 1. No it's not for a summon.

3.As long as the rank is one of a level of jutsu you can use it should be fine.

4. Summons usually have unique jutsu.

3. The 1st jutsu is B rank and my genin is D rank so it can be used. The A rank jutsu can't until i reach C rank, but that can be done tonight if needed so its not a problem
4. What Yuwea said. I made custom jutsus for the summon so that he's more unique. 1st jutsu is based off of Raiton: Gian though, which is a canon jutsu used by Kazuku

He can carry it even if he can't use it. Much like in real life i could carry a sword and not know how to appropriately use it.
