Requirements: Raiton Element
Description: A mythical contract that allows the owner to summon the great wolves of old. So far, no one has been able to tame the beasts that is contained in the contract. Rather, the summons never found an owner they thought to be worthy to give their loyalty to. There are a total of three summons within the contract, but no one has been able to call upon all three of them yet. They lay waiting, hoping for a master who they could devote their life to, to fight for, to die for.

im pretty sure this is wrong you need to make a contract and im pretty sure all sommons need to have the summoning justu as a requirment

I appreciate you trying to help, but your attempts fail. A scroll is automatically assumed to exist once the jutsu is created. Also, doesn't wolf contract already exist? I certainly remember suggesting it to someone, but I don't know if they made it or not
