Reputation: Starts at 0. Basically, public opinion of your character
Village: Where your allegiance lies: Leaf, Mist, Sand, Rock or Sound. For missing-nin, this should be "None"
Fame: How famous your character is. Starts at 0.
Title: Your village (or missing-nin if you're not in a village) rank. For village ranks, it's genin, chuunin, jounin or Kage; naturally, there is only one Kage per village and the starting one is genin. New Rule: All jutsus that say: (Basic) next to the rank, and you are chuunin or higher do not count towards your total jtusu amount. I was thinking, why would Tree Climbing jutsu be counted towards the total, thats dumb.  .

Update
I will be adding something I feel is needed in the jutsu template. On the jutsu list several jutsus must be inheireted, or tought, like the basic jutsus. I will be adding "Jutsus that wants to be tought" on the list. These are the jutsus that you want to learn, but must be tought. This counts for all basic jutsus (Unless you reach chuunin before they are learned) and the jutsus that must be inheireted. This will count towards your total jutsu count. Once you have gone through an RP will a sensei, and you have learned the jutsu alert a mod/admin, and they will add it to the jutsus you know. Remember once your profile is approved unless you acknoledged you want to learn other jutsus it can't be changed till you rank up.
