Bloodline Name: Supekutorugan
Clan Name: Supekutoru
Leader: Supekutoru, Kyo
Village: Any, though a majority of the members live in Otogakure

Clan Description: Supekutorugan is a long forgotten clan that was formed around the time the 5 Hidden Villages were formed. The Supekutorugan clan has always been a rather small clan. Their numbers usually stay around 20, though the numbers may increase some day. Supekutoru was originally part of Otogakure, but its members have recently decided to move to other lands. The Supekutoru estate still stands in Otogakure though.

Clan Traits/Characteristics: Supekutoru members usually dress mostly in the color of their Doujutsu, though some don't. Red eyes in red clothes, blue eyes in blue, ect. Other than that, Supekutoru clan members

Clan Personality: Supekutoru clan members persoanlities vary, though they are usually generally good people.

Bloodline Description: Each Doujutsu ability has it's own color. The color somewhat resembles the ability of the Doujutsu. There are three stages to each Doujutsu. The color of each Doujutsu remains the same, though the design changes according to its stage.
(NOTE: Obviously the color of the eyes wouldn't be the colors in the pictures, but the color of your character's Doujutsu. The black parts of the design, however, remain black.)
Stage One: (Members get this stage at E. Rank)

Stage Two: (Members gain this stage at C-Rank)

Stage Three:( Members gain this stage at A-Rank)

Bloodline limits: A person wishing to be in the Supekutoru clan must PM me for permission for their desired Doujutsu. A Spekutoru clan member can only have one of these Doujutsu. These Doujutsu can only be used three times per battle. After the third time, the user's chakra is completely drained for that battle. Once the user has reached stage 3, they may use it a fourth time, but it makes them fall unconcious for 2 posts afterwards.

Name: Moe Ru Me (Blazing Eyes)
Color: Red
Stage 1 Ability: Generates an intense heat at whatever the user looks at that makes the target hot. Small burn marks appear on the skin of the intended opponent.
Stage 2 Ability: Generates an intense heat hot enough to create smoke and larger burn marks at whatever the user looks at. If concentrated long enough, it can even begin to melt skin and flesh. It can also heat up water to a boil to coax out anyone hidding in a pond or lake.
Stage 3 Ability: Generates a heat hot enough to set ablaze surface the user looks at. These flames must be born from a surface. They can not form in the air (EX: A human, wall, floor, ect.)

Name: Me Wo Touketsu (Freezing Eyes)
Color: A slightly pale blue
Stage 1 Ability: Lowers the tempurature of whatever the user looks at, creating a small amount of frost bite, rendering the affected area useless untill the affected area receives proper medical attention
Stage 2 Ability: Can create a larger area of frost bite on whatever surface the user looks at
Stage 3 Ability: Lowers the tempurature enough to freeze whatever the user looks at. Can also generate a mist to wet down what they look at. The mist is used to wet down an area and then completely freeze over the moistened area.

Name: Sakugen Me (Slashing Eyes)
Color: White
Stage 1 Ability: Generates a gust of wind at what the user looks at that can make an enemy stumble. This gust of wind is strong enough to stagger an enemy and cause them to slow down a bit
Stage 2 Ability: Generates a wind that can knock over enemies. The opponent can, however, immediately get up. The wind cannot pin the opponent to the ground.
Stage 3 Ability: Generates a wind strong enough to slice an enemy's skin. The slash feels much like a katana or other blade of sorts slicing through the flesh.

Name: Hidoi Me (Shocking Eyes)
Color: Purple
Stage 1 Ability: Generates a small bolt of purple lightning upon the area the user looks at. This electricity can only be used outdoors.
Stage 2 Ability: Generates a slightly larger bolt of purple lightning upon the area the user looks at that might even stun or paralyze the opponent for 2 posts
Stage 3 Ability: Generates a storm of purple lighning upon whatever the user looks at. Can be used indoors as well. It also has the same paralyzing and stunning effects

Name: Funsai Wo Me (Crushing Eyes)
Color: Yellow
Stage 1 Ability: Can generate a slight shaking of the ground in a 3 yard radius that can cause enemies to stumble or be slowed down
Stage 2 Ability: Can generate a small earthquake within a 5 yard radius that can cause an anemy to fall over or even cause nearby trees and small structures to fall over.
Stage 3 Ability: Can cause pieces of the earth to jut out of the ground up to three feet in whatever shape they choose, such as a rock to trip, a boulder to smash into, and a spike to impale

Name: Kage Me (Shadow Eyes) (NOTE: Shadow eyes are the rarest of the 6.)
Color: Dark Grey
Stage 1 Ability: Allows the user to see perfectly at night much like they are wearing night vision goggles. Can also completely darken an indoor area to cloak themselves
Stage 2 Ability: Can completely darken an outdoor area within a 5 yard radius
Stage 3 Ability: Generates black shadows in the form of tenticles that rise from the ground and grab enemies for attacks and binding

Clan Jutsus: The Doujutsu

Number of Members Allowed: 3 per Doujutsu.

Hm... More description all around and I did mention that you needed some kind of limitation on the bloodline.

Yeah I know. I forgot to put that. That's why I put WIP

EDIT: Ok, I put a bit more detail into each of the Doujutsu's abilities. I also changed that you don't need to have the same elemental affinity as your Doujutsu, you must PM me for permission to use the Doujutsu you want, and I added how many times you can use it per battle

Have you read the rules recently? He needs more members before this can be accepted.

BTW, when I said description I meant for other fields as well. It's not really necessary, but " They're good people." Isn't much for personality.
