Yeah, I'm running out of ideas.

Name: Couatl Summoning (Feathered Serpent)
Type: Ninjutsu
Rank: B (Kin)
Requirements: Cockatrice Scroll signed.
Description:
A couatl is a feathered serpent that can either fly or slither along the ground. Due to their large size, they can only slither through open plains. They can whip up violent winds with their wings and can devour things with their serpent like body. There are many different types of Couatl including some with legs and no scales to those with no legs but feathers. They all still hold the ability of flight though. There is a wing on the tail to keep the bottom part of the body afloat.

To summon the couatl, the user must have the tattoo on their wrist. The user will bite their thumb to make it bleed then rub the blood straight down along the tattoo. The user will then slam their hand down and the couatl will be summoned flying in the air above.

That's a Couatl if I'm not mistaken. Cocktrice are more birdlike.

The type should be "Type: Ninjutsu" then put (Kin) after the rank or after the type.
