Appearance: The eldest of all of his species, Ra, stands for everything that his small faction embodies. This is even shown through his stern looking appearance. Though he is a toad, and the size of an average toad, Ra, is different in the fact that he’s both a bipedal, as well as a creature without webbed hands, leaving him caRable of making handseals. Like Gamabunta, he is a mixture of green and brown, though he is a bit more green than brown. Like his kinmen, he also wears clothing, which consist of a black robe, and nothing else. On his head their is a curly tuff of hair which is on both the tops and sides. In his mouth, their is usually a a small pipe, which he continuously smokes unless he’s doing battle.

Personality: Ra Toad, one of the most respected members of his ‘clan’. This toad is considered to be the second in command of the Toad clan, which would force one to think that he would be quite serious in nature. This how ever lacks truth, considering he’s quite carefree, with the exception of when Ma Toad is on the scene. At most time he could be seen cracking jokes, as well as leisurely smoking on his pipe. This care-free nature is averted during the time of violence, as he will soon show his ‘true’ self whenever he or the possessor of the Toad Contract is in danger. Like most toads, his loyalty is mostly unshakeable, unless the user tends to do something that is well....worthy of disloyalty. Having said this, Ra has a rather soft side, a weak point which he takes over for Ma Toad.

Suiton: Suishouha [Water Release: Water Colliding Wave]

Description: The shinobi does a string of hand seals which then causes a large volume of water to materialize out of nowhere. The water can then be directed at his target.
Suiton: Suiryuudan no Jutsu [Water Release: Water Dragon Blast Technique]

Requirement: A Large Supply Of Water
Description: A Suiton (water type) Ninjutsu technique using water as its base. The ninja manipulates the water around them into the shape of a large dragon that attacks their opponent as a torrential blast.
Oil Spitting
Rank: A
Requirement: Ra Toad or Toad Sage
Description: This jutsu is exactly what it says it is, the ability to manipulate ones glands, in order to form a dark 'oil' type liquid. Though it isn't slippery like real oil, it's real reason for creation is to be spit in a straight line. Though this can do nothing by itself, when a Katon style jutsu is added to the oil, the jutsu is enhanced significantly, almost by 100%.
Singing Genjutsu

Description: This Genjutsu is actually carried within the deep voice of Ra Toad. As fate would have it, this Genjutsu is something like a lullaby, as it makes the opponent drowsy from the tune. This in could cause a mass of things to happen, depending on the tune in which Ra' voice is carried. The outcome is almost always the opponent going into a 'dazed' state, where they are awake, yet their eyes are unfocused, causing them to see multiples of whatever they're looking at.

That actually works well, since we've only seen them use the Singing Genjutsu & the Oil Spitting, and I think Senjutsu is more of a special ability than a jutsu anyway...really.
