Kage Bunshin (at least one clone must be active while forming the attack)

Take "Kage Bunshin (at least one clone must be active while forming the attack)" and add it to the requirements of that jutsu.

can i see the topic for you learning Rasengan?

Not all attacks require a Kage Bunshin. The only reason why Naruto uses one when he uses the Rasengan is because he still hasn't completely mastered it.

Well even though that jutsu is the partially complete version of ranshuriken (less power, less risk) the fact is still that combining the elemental recompostion and spacial recomposition it too much for one person to do. That's why i've decided to add that.

Ok, I'm still a little lost here. What is it that you want changed on your RPC?

There's no change to my RPC. In the requirement section of that jutsu add the phrase "Kage Bunshin (at least one clone must be active while forming the attack)". That's all.
