Description: Kawarimi is a widely used and very famous skill among shinobi. The user uses speed to their advantage, and grabs an item from the environment and places it on his/her current position while moving out of the way. This is clearly an evasion technique used to dodge attacks; however it can be linked with other jutsus or attacks to create massive damage if done properly.

Bunshin no Jutsu [Clone Technique]

Description: This technique must be mastered by any ninja who has graduated from the shinobi academy. It's the most basic technique a Gennin must know, since it can be a real lifesaver. This ninjutsu creates a simple illusion clone identical to the caster. The clone however has no physical properties and will disperse the moment it is touched.

Henge no Jutsu [Transformation Technique]

Description: Henge is the basic skill a ninja must know to become a Gennin. It's mostly used as a decoy, to confuse the opponent by transforming into somebody that's an ally with the enemy, and then attack from the back when he's not expecting it. This technique can easily be combined with other jutsus for a more powerful effect, such as with Kage Bunshin no Jutsu [Shadow Clone Technique].

Butaiken is based on powerful, staggering attacks. Most of this style's techniques are used along with elemental chakra, to make the attacks more damaging and intimidating.

Description: After making their Hand signs, the user selects a weapon such as a Kunai, Sword, Shuriken, etc., and infuses it with electricity. The result is that the weapon increases in cutting power, as well as gaining the ability to deliver a slightly disorienting shock if the said weapon is applied to an open wound, or anywhere the body is exposed.

Background:
Airi was born in the family of a high rang samurai, so she had got an excellent education and has perfect manners. She brilliantly played the lute, drew landscapes on the fans and composed tanka and renga. Her father taught her to shoot a bow and manage with wakizashi. When she was nine, her parents were killed during attack on their castle by ninja. Airi manages to hide. She was forgotten by everyone in a chaos, and hungry and frightened girl ran away. She started wandering, earning using her talents. Sometimes she had to steal: she used to cut the sleeves and sell fallen out things.
But one day a man dressed as a Buddhist priest noticed her and offered to join him. Airi was so exhausted and hopeless that she agreed at once. She didn’t know he was a shinobi. He took her to Academy. That’s how a frail girl with the name composed of ‘love’ and ‘jasmine’ became a ninja. When she entered Academy she swore to avenge her parents.
Airi is friendly and kind, but once deceived she hardly believes anybody in future, except that old shinobi. So she prefers to traon and work individually and to stay alone if it’s possible, trying to persuade herself that she needs not friends at all.

I suppose, but I've seen more than a few people plan their entire jutsu tree right from the get go. I don't see any problem with it; I see that as more of planning to learn jutsu just for reference. I suppose it wouldn't make a difference if she removed it now anyway.

Let's see... There's only a few things. She's kind of old for a genin, but your background kind of explains it... Way too many physical strengths for a genin. And what do you mean by can't go long distances? Do you mean long range fighting?
