Bloodline?Hmmm, I have a question.
I don't quite get it how can I get a clan after 200 posts?
That means I'll have to post a char first Role Play with it for awhile and only then I can create a bloodline to it? not quite possible since my char will already be made and adding a bloodline after the creation of the char will mess up the story line of the character.
Well basically my opinion is that anyone could make a clan at any stage.
OK I have 2 suggestions in my mind.
1. Judge the Bloodline by the quality not by the number of posts and rank since Bloodline is something you are born with and it's quite rare that someone gets a bloodline after he is born.
2. Make a "Single Bloodline", what I mean by saying that is that someone with a lower post count can make a clan for only one person which is him, and later on when he gets 200 posts and chunnin+ rank he can upgrade it to a mass member clan.
I basically say that because I am an experienced Role Player and in the past 3 RP sites I had one clan and I would like it to be here as well, being Chunnin+ and 200 posts+ is quite rough for me.

Well, our job is to make sure we don't get inactive clans which is annoying for everyone. If we allowed anyone to make clans then everyone would have their own empty and often dead clans. It's happened before.
You can create a bloodline in the sense that you have a dormant version; that's typically what everyone does. And it would be stupid to judge on quality of posts; that doesn't mean you'll make a good clan leader nor an active member.
Trust us, we've thought out this system well. If you really want your Clan approved you can ask someone else to make it and have them lead it for now.

As Syra said. Also we do not want a clan just for "you" because then the number of clans with 1 user would increase dramatically, which is bad. And the amount of inactive would also increase.
