We had one, but got rid of it.
People constantly posted there instead of actually posting on the site itself.
Also got spammed very often.

Ya. Also people instead chat on chatrooms for hours and dont chat via posting. Makes our post count go down. That is why we have a HUGE post:member ratio.

Anyway! I believe all the questions concerning anything about RPing, character and other customs creation and stuff can be found in the library, if you would just try looking. Whatever other questions you might have are very likely to be regarding one particular person or even character, and they should be addressed to that person directly.
