Description: This jutsu operates on the principle of "the hand is quicker than the eye", a phrase the user will often say just before activating it. It delays the target's sensory perceptions by one second, making it seem as though time has paused. The pause is only one second long, so it seems as though it never really happened. The user will then continue the battle, but the opponent will think the user is one place, while they were there a full second before. This allows the user to usually get in two or three hits before the target becomes aware of the delay. After this the target might realize it is Genjutsu and use Genjutsu Kai, or they might not realize it and just try to anticipate one second in advance.

Description: After activating this jutsu, the user will usually launch a series of swift taijutsu attacks at the target. The target will think the user is growing stronger with each hit, when in actuality it is they who are seemingly growing weaker. This is also a double form jutsu, so even using Genjutsu Kai once will not stop it, and it is not visual so an eye Bloodline cannot see through it.. The strength reduction is gradual, usually ten percent every minute for five minutes, but it is enough to make a difference. What this jutsu actually does is trick the mind into limiting the muscles of the body even more than it already does, and in this manner the strength reduction becomes real. This jutsu will last half an hour or until successfully dispelled twice.

Description: This is a very dangerous and powerful jutsu, only to be used by those with a great deal of experience in Genjutsu. It can decrease brain activity in the target's brain by up to 2% or increase it by up to 5%. Normally a human uses 7% of their brain, and 3% is required to maintain the higher brain functions, meaning someone suffering from a reduction would barely be conscious, and at reduced fighting capability. Conversely, an increase in brain activity can be deadly as well after a while. If left in a heightened state for more than five minutes (10 Posts), the target will enter a coma for twelve hours. This jutsu is a huge drain on the user's reserves, and can only be used AT MOST twice every three threads, though that is for someone with an above average chakra pool.

Kage Bunshin no Jutsu [Shadow Clone Technique]

Description: Being a forbidden and advanced ninjutsu, only a few people know this technique perfectly. It is similar to the Bunshin no Jutsu since the main function is to create clones. However, Kage Bunshin no Jutsu doesn't create mere illusion clones. This jutsu can create clones that are real, and can deal physical damage. They disappear after being hit by an attack.

Requirements: Five Shuriken / At least twenty-five feet of wire
Description: The user presets five shuriken in the ground in a generally pentagonal shape and threads a wire through them. This can be up to twenty-five feet of wire on each side, but the larger the pentagon, the harder it is to maintain and the more chakra it takes. Once acticated, the shuriken lift four feet off the ground and start spinning rapidly, streatching apart to form a perfect pentagon. Anything and anyone inside this area becomes paralyzed, but the user must maintain focus for the jutsu to continue. While a Sannin/Kage can hold this jutsu for up to five rounds, a jounin can only hold it for three and a chuunin for two.

Description: The user creates a black mist that will emit from their body and rise up toward the sky. A temporary flammable rain of oil is released upon the user's specific targeted area.

Background: Oriko was born in Otogakure no Sato to two weak ninja, though one was an outcast from the Itichi Clan. He, unlike his father, had inherited the full potential of the bloodline, and would eventually be able to fully release it. His parents watched as he grew up and showed great skill with Genjutsu, surpassing all others in his class, until they were killed while on a mission to spy on an enemy village. At this point, Oriko found his mother's journal, detailing her fears of how he would be treated once she and her husband were dead. The young boy snuck out in the darkness of the following night, putting a strike through his headband to deny his past.

While in the wilderness, he encountered many strange things, things he had never seen before. There were all sorts of animals, and he learned to use his ninja arts to more effect. He learned to trick wild animals into running to him by using a clone to scare them. He learned to transform perfectly into those same wild animals, even wearing their pelts to mask his scent and get close to the others. He turned into a survivor, and more than one clueless human who entered his small forest died to an arrow in the back. It was his forest, and he would give way to no one.

As he grew up, the animals got smarter and learned his tricks. They even learned that clones had no scent, and that they were not real. He knew he had to get better, and it was after three days of no food that he snuck back into Otogakure in the dead of night. He stole food and weapons, along with some more civilized clothing and a few scrolls. Most had gibberish on them, but a few were scrolls that detailed jutsus, and he practiced them in his free time.He learned the powerful techniques, employing them along with his original tactics to hunt.

Still, he knew he had to revisit civilization one day, and so he moved to a copse that was only fifty meters from a small trading village. On the outskirts of this new wooded area he built himself a proper wood house, five meters from the treeline. He still hunted and so he traded his furs in town for supplies he would need to last the cold winter months. The locals accepted him without complaint, marvelling at the magnificent skulls he also brought in for the local nobility. He was called the Trap Master by some villagers for his ability to trick the animals into doing as he wished.

His ninja abilities were not questioned, and when the winter set in and the village tradding cut down to very little, he was commissioned to help keep the watch. And so it wasa that the village had been saved, for a pack of winter wolves, vicious creatures with a taste for human flesh, had decided to stalk in. He drove them back with fire from his mouth, but the Alpha had other plans. It was four and a half feet from ground to shoulder, and it leapt through his flames and illusions. It clamped onto his left wrist and went inside of him, disappearing.

Oriko had no idea what had happened, but he figured it could not be good. Later that winter, the village was attacked by a pack of panthers, black as night. He fended them off too, all, of course, except for the leader, who bit his left wrist and went inside. He now had two tattoos, and he had no idea what they were for. Some villagers guessed that they were rewards for defeating the great beasts, and still others believed they were a gift from the gods. He was favorable to the former, being more believable than "god-gifts".

He made plans to go back to Otogakure one day to speak with Zieg, as he has since learned that Zieg is a fair man and that maybe the Otokage could give some insight into what had happened to him.

The bloodline is the Riyukous, which is not activated by a jutsu, nor is there any bloodline jutsus below S-rank for it.

I don't see anything too particularly damaging. However, there are a few minor problems. First, exploding shuriken. I doubt that they explode on their own, and we don't have an actual weapon that does that. I hate to be technical, but you really should make it first. Why exactly doesn't he have the last name, Itichi? And, your background is awful. You could put at least some detail. One does not do virtually nothing in twenty-one years.

Alright, I'll put some more thought I guess. He took a different last name because he currently hates the Itichi Clan, as stated. And yes, we have exploding shuriken. It's a weapon I created, in Custom Weapons, if you look, that has four explosion notes in it, and is detonated by using Jibaku Fuuda: Kassei, which I plan on learning as soon as this is approved.

Don't you Have to learn Jutsu now? If you are Chuunin you get D-Ranked Jutsu automatically and not C-Ranked Jutsu. Other then that, I guess it's fine.

Just wanted to point out something.... at 21 and 6' tall.... 200 lbs. ain't "slim", buddy! I'm 22 and 6' tall, and I weight around 160, and I'M slim. At 200, that's more "built".
