One quick questionOkay, so I don't know if anyone remembers me as I left NRC about a year ago, and hadn't really been active since the genin exams we had, but I rank trained up to a chunin, and I was wondering:
If because I was looking to come back I could start off my old character as a jounin instead of a chunin? Just wondering.

Zeke, remember Izuki? He joined the site before we did, but never posted. Then when he just randomly showed up a year or so later, he was automatically allowed to get Chuunin.

Sadly, no. Desert and I joined Naruto Country for a bit until we both decided to leave. Shinobi Elites is still up, it just isn't active anymore and has been dead for a while but I plan on rebuilding it much later. But I'm not sure about Naruto Country, I'll try to find it.
