I dunno how many jutsus/summons I'm allowed to have... as for the bloodline limit, its simple: Wings. I don't have a real name for it though...
Wings that give the ability to fly, as well as defend against attacks. (Like lets say its Water type user against an attack by a Fire type, the wings would halve the damage, and otherwise, take a quarter of weaker attacks' power away) |
