Appearance: Tall and handsome with an atheltic build. His eyes seem to have a supernatural transcendance to them. His unusually blonde hair goes past his shoulders, though he normally wears it spike up in some gravity defying manner. His usual clothing fits him well, not to baggy or tight and is something like slacks and a short sleeved shirt. He also wears his feather armor and occasionally flowing robes.

Personality: Although he may be very energetic, he doesn't rush into thing foolishly. He is a bit strategic and thinks things out a little before entering a battle. He pays close attention to his both his allies' and enemies' strengths and weakness and plans accordingly. This makes him a good leader, though he doesn't like forcing anyone to do anything. Towards obviously ill meaning foes he shows a bit of zeal, but may try to talk down those that actually have good intentions.

Name: Mental Prowess
Requirements: My Permission, 4 Point Training Topic
Description: Through quiet meditation or a sudden increase in mental activity, some shinobi have developed power know as 'Psionics'. These powers still take chakra to use, but are triggered mentally rather than through handseals. Some still require a physical action to perform and while in use most have some indication of it being active. Learning this jutsu allows you to telekinetically lift anything 5 pound or less. You must be able to see this object. Anyone with the ability to see chakra connecting the item to the shinobi, which varies depending on the shinobi using it. Something capable of disrupting chakra can cut the line. The shinobi may also sense the general emotions of anyone within 10 feet per ranking of them, but only one at a time. This ability comes from your body naturally aligning itself with other's chakra flows. Lastly, this skill changes the appearance and execution of some jutsu. The end affect is the same and is in no way stronger or weaker.

Description: Utilizing a special version of chakra, the user presses their limits in certain areas of combat. Trickster allows the shinobi a bit more mobility than normal. Swordmaster allows them to use special techniques not normally available to wielders of the same weapon. Marksmen allows one to modify projectile attacks dealt by both ranged weapons and jutsu. Lastly, Royal Guard allows you to absorb some of the damage dealt to you and dish it back to the enemy. Each is trained seperately, with Level 1 being 2 points of training, Level 2 being 3, and Level 3 being 4.

  • Name: Henge no Jutsu - Transformation Technique
    Type: Ninjutsu
    Rank: E (Basic)
    Requirements: None
    Description: Henge no Jutsu is a ninjutsu technique which every ninja learns at the Ninja Academy. Henge allows the ninja to transform themselves into any person or object. This allows the ninja to move with stealth or to trick their opponents. However, it does not grant one the properties of said objects or skills of that person, meaning turning into a weapon will not allow you to cut an opponent and turning into a dog will not give you a great sense of smell.
    This technique can also be used in conjunction with someone, who may a person, a pet or a summoning creature, in which case it is called Konbi Henge (Combination Transformation). However, its principles remain the same.

  • Name: Bunshin no Jutsu - Clone Technique
    Type: Ninjutsu
    Rank: E (Basic)
    Requirements: None
    Description: Bunshin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique which every ninja learns at the Ninja Academy. The Bunshin technique creates a copy of the ninja without substance. The copy resembles the ninja in every way. This clone can function as a distraction or as means to confuse one's opponent. As soon the Bunshin gets attacked or comes into contact with an opponent, it will disperse.

  • Name: Kawarimi no Jutsu - Body Substitution Technique
    Type: Ninjutsu
    Rank: E (Basic)
    Requirements: None
    Description: Kawarimi no Jutsu is a basic Ninjutsu technique. When in danger the ninja will quickly substitute themself with another nearby object. This can be a block of wood or even another person. This allows the ninja to quickly flee and hide while the original object takes the brunt of their opponents attack. Naturally, it won't work with another person unless their skill gap is enormous, and the object to replace oneself with must be close in size and weight to the ninja themselves. This technique must be set up a little ahead when fighting skilled opponents, otherwise, you may end up getting struck because you wouldn't have enough time to use it.

  • Name: Kinobori no Waza - Act of Tree Climbing
    Type: Ninjutsu
    Rank: C
    Requirements: None
    Description: A skill that every self-respecting shinobi must have. It is based on concentrating chakra to the soles of one's feet and using it to stick to objects, which would allow one to walk on vertical surfaces and even upside down. This is also often used as chakra control training, since the soles of the feet are said to be the hardest place to control your chakra.

  • Name: Suimen Hokou no Waza - Act of Water Surface Walking
    Type: Ninjutsu
    Rank: B
    Requirements: Kinobori
    Description: A more advanced technique than Kinobori, it allows one to walk on water or other similar liquid or amorphous objects. It is used in a similar fashion to its predecessor, but the shinobi must also release a constant flow of chakra into the water to keep themselves on its surface. It is often used as advanced chakra control training, since it takes the same basic concept as tree climbing technique and kicks it up a notch

  1. Name: Jumpstar / Sky Stand
    Type: Nin/Tai
    Rank: C
    Requirements: Taught by Zeek, or permission from me.
    Description: Gathering chakra around his feet, a glyph appears which boosts his jump speed. Due to the speed, his physical damage also increases as well. He must jump off a surface in order to use this ability and the speed/attack boost goes up with each rank the jutsu gains.
    Sky Stand - Reaching between his feet, Zeek materializes a small platform of chakra. This platform stays until he leaves it. If he wants an ally to be able to use it, he most expend extra chakra and they must immediately get on it after he gets off.
    Finally, when learned as it's A rank form the platform can move through the air.
    Each rank above C takes half the amount of posts to learn, but must be learned after the lower rank.

  2. Name: Limit Break
    Type: Nin
    Rank: C
    Requirements: Taught By Seiko, Sword Weapon
    Description: A special technique in which the user focuses chakra into the weapon. When activated, chakra will surge through the weapon and make it harder and more weighted. It will allow the user to use the chakra in the wepon in new ways.Limit break is not the same for everyone. Although it uses the same release function, a person can manipulate the chakra in different ways and form their own extensions of the Limit. An alternate version can be applied to the hands and feet but it is slightly weaker and it's applications can only come in Hand-to-Hand combat.

  1. Name: Telekinesis Lv. 1-3
    Type: Ninjutsu
    Rank: C/B
    Requirements: Mental Prowess
    Description: This series of jutsu improves one's ability to telekinetically manipulate objects. You must have previous levels of this in order to gain the next one. Learning the next level replaces the last. Whenever you use telekineisis a visible distortion will surround the object. If your target is alive, they will see the distortion fly from your hand towards them.

    Level 1: This allows you the lift a single object weighing as much as you could lift with one arm. You can do anything you could do with one arm, such as throwing it. You cannot manipulate objects as if you are using individual fingers however. At the risk of causing stress to the brain, you may attempt to lift more than normal. This is as difficult as it would be physically, it just hurt your brain rather than your arm muscles.

    Level 2: You can now lift two objects with the same restrictions as above, or one twice the weight. You may now manipulate object as if your individual fingers are there.


  2. Name: Teleportation 1-3
    Type: Ninjutsu
    Rank: C/B
    Requirements: Mental Prowess
    Description: This starts as a psionic ninja's shunshin, yet it becomes much more. You must have previous levels of this in order to gain the next one. Learning the next level replaces the last.

    Level 1: This functions just as Shunshin, but they can do the short range version more often.

    Level 2: You can now bring a person with you when using the 'shunshin' function. This costs additon chakra of course.


  3. Name: Barrier Lv. 1-3
    Type: Ninjutsu
    Rank: C/B
    Requirements: Mental Prowess
    Description: This is the ability to use chakra to blanket yourself in a defensive shell. You must have previous levels of this in order to gain the next one. Learning the next level replaces the last. The drains chakra while active, but can be deactivate. It appears as an aura around the user, with variations dependant on their power and personality.

    Level 1: At it's basic state, it's an aura of energy that reduces damage done to the body. It's defensive properties are much like a light suit of well made armor. You can put more chakra into it to increase it's strength.

    Level 2: The next level increase the effiency of chakra that goes into it, saving you chakra. You may project a field up to five feet ahead of you. This disc like shield provides excellant defense, but you must concentrate to keep it up and cannot attack through it. B ranked jutsu shatter it, lower ranked jutsu weaken it accordingly. It can block A or higher but will only partially protect you.


  4. Name: Trance
    Type: Nin
    Rank: B
    Requirements: Limit Break, Cannot have Quickening/Trance
    Description: Trance is much different from it's counterparts. It doesn't amplify the weapon's ability but increases the power of the Limit's themselves. But for the lose of amplification, Limits can be instantly used without charge up. This allows for faster limit use and cuts down on time. It requires a bit more chakra but it's speed is worth it. Increases Limit Jutsu Power by 35%.

  • Name: Acquire Émigré
    Description: When you first start you begin with one Émigré at rookie level. You gain a second one upon receiving the Chuunin title or successfully completing 5 missions. You cannot have both of them evolved at the same time without the appropriate jutsu.

  • Name: Émivolve
    Description: Using an Émivice and Initiate Evolution (and Crest for forms above Champion) the tamer causes their Émigré to temporarily change into a stronger creature. Though it's looks may drastically change, it keeps the same theme in mose of it's forms When an Émigré evolves not only does it change form, but it changes it's jutsu know as well. You must train to gain each form above Champion and must have a certian minimum rank to be able to gain a form for your Émigré. Each form is stronger than the last, but takes more chakra to keep them in that form, hence the amount of post they can stay in a level is limited as charted below. An émigré can only evolve once during a topic and reverts back into it's rookie form onces the duration is over.

  • Name: Crest (Light)
    Description: Each tamer gets a small piece of jewerly that bears or is a symbol standing for various things. These act as channeling devices to help an Émigré get farther along it's evolutionary path. It most be awakened in order for Mega form to be reached, which take 5 posts and require you to be at least C rank. Also it activates the power of a crest item, which is a weapon or accessory with an ability that has something to do with the crest. I.E., Love could have a necklace that charms, Courage can have a sword that gives it's owner a small strength boost, hope can be a glove that heals, etc.

  • Name: Noble Blood Human
    Description: A few humans have somehow gained the powers of Émigré either being born with it or gaining them through some sort of experimentation. These humans gain the ability to evolve themselves, much like an Émigré. A noble blood human cannot gain a second Émigré until they've became a jounin or done 15 missions as well as doing a 5 point training topic. They follow the same rules as any other Émigré but only have half the jutsu per form (rounded up). Starting out, they the seem to have a certian charm about them when talking to summons. At B rank they can command minor summons, and at S rank they can command major summons. They cannot have it kill itself or do anything to harm it's original summoner. Against other Émigré there charm works on anything under there level and if there's a three rank difference they can totally command them. In order to activate there ability to command they must do a 5 point training session. When using a particular type of weapon their taijutsu skill is considered one higher, but only for wielding the weapon and not to learn any jutsu. A Noble Blood reachs their Ultimate form, Dark Prince, by doing a 12 post training session. Noble Bloods are the only ones that can reach Sacred Form which requires a 15 post training session. They can give someone a Émigré, or make them a Noble Blood as well. In the latter case the personal cannot have a Émigré and doesn't have the ability to command summon type creatures. They are also bound to you, meaning you can always find them and they are a bit more friendly to you then normal. You can go into rookie from being human anytime, but it'll constantly drain chakra from your body while transformed. You still have no element in human form, so elemental jutsu have to be in form slots with the appropriate element.

  1. Name: Initiate Evolution
    Type: Ninjutsu
    Rank: D
    Requirements: Clan Member
    Description: This allows a single Émigré to alter it's form into a stronger one. You start being able to go into Champion form, but you have to train more for each form above. As noted in the chart under the Émigré section, you must be of a certian rank to be able to reach each stage. To learn levels, you must train for 3 posts, each level adding 2 more post. The training drops by 2 post for your second Émigré. Burst Mode doesn't go by this, instead needing a jutsu to be learned after Penultimate.


  2. Name: Émivice Scan / Universal Émivice
    Type: Ninjutsu
    Rank: D / B
    Requirements: Émivice
    Description: This activates the Émivicé's ability to scan and give information on other Émigré that the tamer can see. They know it's level, the first half of it's attacks rounded down, and it's element(s). If they train this jutsu once again as a B rank with half the posts required, they can get this information on any summon type creature. In that case you know it's element, summon rank and the first half of it's attacks rounded down.

Background: Ezekial grew up in a family of above average wealth, thanks to their family owned business. Despite this wealth his family live a simple life in grass country. In the past both of Zeek's parents had a run in with an couple of Noble Blood Émigré which almost cost them their life, but the current leader used his powers to keep them alive. This not only made them Noble Bloods, but the two children they had also possessed supernatural abilities and unnaturally strong minds. Although both Zeek and his sister held potential to be strong D.A.T.S agents, their parents kept them away and raised them like normal children.

Seeing that they had natural talent towards fighting they were permitted the training of a shinobi, under Iwakagure. His sister went off on her own, but Zeek trained with his father, Narda Northridge and many other talented swordsmen to hone his combat skills. In addition to being able to easily wield suprisly large swords with great ease, he is also a decent tactician and team leader. Whenever he meets someone he evaluates them as quickly and subtly as possible, so can use the information to his advantage if the situation calls for it. Currently he is in secret service to Narda Northridge, keeping a close eye on the D.A.T.S organization.

(1Cool Multiple Accounts - [list]Due to the nature of NRC and it's delicately balanced RPG system, having more than one account at any time is not permitted. If there are multiple people in a household using NRC, each person is permitted one account. In the case of multiple accounts per household (operated by different people) you must PM any, or all, of the Admins alerting them of the multiple peoples in the household, to avoid making invalid bans. Below are the consequences for creating multiple accounts:[/list:u]

[list]1st Offense: All account are banned permanently, excluding the original account.  (ex.  If you have 3 accounts ,one was created on January 23rd of the current year, the other July 23rd of the same year, and December 23rd of the same year, then the ones created on July 23rd and December 23rd will be banned, and the oldest account being the January 23rd account, will remain unbanned.)
2nd Offense (aka: You do it again, even after all but the original account are banned): All accounts are banned permanently, the original account is only banned for 1 week per account created after the first account (ex. Hmm, that seems unnecessarily hostile to me. The SA make the character, w/o I'll be making a Horitsu Nekojin instead. NOW I am working on the character but I was merely pointing out those need to be accepted before he is. Also in not feeling good my thinking has been stunted and I've had other things to tend to.
