Then add it under "Jutsus I want to learn" If its not there when I approve this template you won't be able to learn it until you rank up to Jounin.

Lotus is forbidden though, can he still learn it? I figured that you'd need an Admin. to say that you can have forbidden techniques.

Well honestly I don't trust him with the lotus, however if he is capible of doing it (Meaning it its B ranked) He can go on a mission and get a chance to learn it.

Damn man. Those are S ranked jutsus. You'll have to wait till you become a jounin, then either become a missing nin or have some sort of event happen that lets you become a sanin to learn those, however if thats what you want then its good. Approved.
