Clan Description:
For as long as man has been able to explain phenomenon away with avid storytelling and legends, phoenixes have existed. Long before the time of stationary villages, they were gods worshipped by roaming tribes, often thought to be the givers of fire when feeling generous, and giving birth to great fire storms and even lightning when strong enough and angered. The more people began to settle down and figure out more laws of the planet, the less some of the inventive stories of gods and goddesses were required to explain things they could now gain on their own. Little did the people know that some of them were quite true, revealed amongst certain clans with their mutated abilities or the creatures appearing before their very eyes.
An average hunter roaming the woods as both a test for his endurance and for sport came into peril when a rockslide broke his arm and he spied a shady creature drooling with pleasure sneaking up on him. Bright crimson flared beyond his closing eyelids and dreams overtook him, waking up to an unearthly beautiful song. A woman of unimaginable beauty sat next to him, unwrapping his perfectly healed arm and he could only babble out parts of questions as to what’d happened. Her voice came out in such a way that he had to ask her to repeat for he’d been utterly captivated by the sound of her voice, and learned that she’d rescued him from a starving mountain lion. Wishing to know more about this woman who looked no stronger than many women he’d seen before, she teased him about it being a secret, and never gave way to explain how she’d saved him. The only rule she gave him was to not leave the house until a few days later.
He was human: curiosity was a necessity of life and what kept the race in check.
In a rush to leave she forgot to make sure she wasn’t being followed, secure in the knowledge she could kill whatever may attempt to harm her. Only his hunter instincts and many years of training in the arts of stalking prey like the wild predators kept him from being noticed as he followed her deeper into what appeared to be a village filled with homes of nobles. The main plaza above the village was where he followed her too and nearly crashed into a meeting of the people, the elders acting quite dissatisfied with her saving the “lowly human.” Murmurs would run through the crowd periodically, all of their voices far more beautiful than any song-stresses from home. Her outright defiance of their customs enraged the main council head until the hunter couldn’t believe his eyes and he turned into a bird of pure flame. Gasps were the only indication that the bird’s screech had been a decree and not a favorable one: she’d been cast out of their village and was to take the human with her.
No apology in the world he could think of, or amount of thanks, could undo what his very presence and her kindness had; yet she repeatedly told him she regretted nothing until he finally came to believe her. Affection transformed into love, which gave way to her eventually becoming burdened with child and the hunter found a place for them to inhabit on a more permanent basis: Iwagakure. Unlike any phoenix before her, she gave birth to twins: a miracle.
News of this spread back to the village high in the mountains where humans couldn’t tread, to the village of the phoenixes and some began to travel to see this miracle for themselves; Amazed, they chose to stay and bask in the presence of she who they deemed a “goddess” and help raise the children to teach them customs of their main race. More and more, some of the phoenix folk began falling for the humans of the village and gave birth to their own unique child. They became known as a clan, headed by the female for many years until she stepped-down to allow one of her children to become the new leader. In the end they both agreed to lead, but because the clan was becoming a bit large for one village, one of the siblings chose to lead some of them to a new rising village in the Land of Fire: Konohagakure. On amicable terms the siblings parted to lead a faction of their otherwise united clan, one part stationed in Iwa and the other in Konoha.

Clan Traits/Characteristics: Pheonixes do not have any particular way of looking, their eyes, hair, skin, and everything can vary depending upon whom conceived them.
With aging however they differ from humans, or the like as the appearance of age is different for each phoenix. As they stop aging when they have reached adulthood, (Meaning they are able to resurrect themselves). This means it can take one phoenix ten years to reach adulthood, while it can take another eighty years to obtain the same level. In either case they will be at the same age that they mature forever, unless of course when they resurrect themselves they increase/decrease their age appearance.
Clan Personality: Phoenix’s tend to be more of a laid back nature, or act a bit more royal, however this is not the case for all of them, especially younger phoenix’s and as such they their personality can vary greatly. One unique factor is that their personality can also influence the look of their fire, or be reflected in the color of their eyes, but this is also a varying factor.
Bloodline Description: First off Phoenixes possess the ability to become immortal, in the sense of life span, when they reach fully maturity. This happens when they acquire all the powers that one of their race can gather (All bloodline limits) at which point they will stay at the same age appearance wise forever. They also have an increased healing speed, although they recover from wounds faster than most, being that a cut only takes a few moments to fully heal. This is also only true for small wounds, and not major, as while they recover faster from them, this will not stop them from being fatal in the least. They are not stronger, nor better than Humans unless they train for such a feat, unlike most other creatures of legend. They also have a higher resistances to poisons, and anything that would attempt to corrupt their blood, being that is so pure in its form it would take a truly powerful force to seal it, or change it in any way. In essence this prevents a phoenix born without being affected by a special seal, or turned by a truly powerful being, from being turned into other bloodlines, or duel blood lining. This also blocks affects that would normal harm the blood, or use it as a weapon against them, as it in, and of itself has fighting properties to battle against such things. They cannot also have any abilities that deal with altering the blood within their body, as it would simply not be possible, as the phoenix blood would merely overcome the other in a matter of nano seconds.
One thing that all phoenixes are known for is being connected with katon, and their entire bodies within it having no blood whatsoever, but instead being made up of pure katon instead. This is a wife’s tale however as their blood is not made of katon; however their strong affinity with katon is true. Though their renown with katon is something to be noted of, they also posses another lesser known talent that deals with the element of Raiton. This lesser known power is that their ration is just as strong as their katon in every way, being that the elements make up their very nature, and as such they may always learn Katon, and Raiton elemental jutsu regardless of other factors, and they will always have Raiton, and Katon as elements, but will not gain a third element at SS rank as their body is unable to use any other elements but Katon, and Raiton.
In addition to this it should be noted that phoenixes can only ever have one child, due to them being immortal, and their genetic makeup. They also cannot hope to have children until they themselves have reached adulthood, and any attempt to do so beforehand will be wasted, and create nothing.
Bloodline Limits:
No TP may be used while training this bloodline.
Name: Phoenix Born
Requirements:Must be a Phoenix
Description: Those who are born of the Phoenix have unique bodies. This is not the way of any real physically boosts, or being able to transform into a giant fire construct in the form if a bird (yet). Instead they recover from small wounds in a matter of seconds, such as small cuts, up to slightly more skin cutting wounds, and small internal wounds, however the same does not apply to more serious wounds, such as piercing of hearts, or removal of limbs. Besides healing they also can only have Fire, and Lightning as their elements, and will never gain a third. They are also immune to poisons, of 1 rank lower than them, or jutsu that would corrupt their bodies, resulting in only physical harm coming to them, and not the actual effects taking place. They may also learn fire, and lightning jutsu as though they were one style point higher in that field. They are also immune to any special kind of binding, or paralysis.
Note: This limit does count towards mastery if only out of pity for those who can’t point train worth shit.
Name: Phoenix manifestation
Requirements: Must be a phoenix, 16 point training
description: A power that all Phoenix’s learn at some point within their lives or they would be considered an outcast. It is an ability that allows them to transform into a phoenix like form. While the appearance of such a being is different among all phoenix’s they all share the same traits. This form generally appears to be that of a bird but variations have been known to occur as well. In order to enter this form the Phoenix does not require anything special to be performed, instead they will begin to have fire overcome their body, and encase it within a flaming form that will grow to be six times larger than the phoenix’s size. Within this form they gain the ability to fly, and all Raiton, and katon jutsu’s require no hand seals to perform, however they can only use Raiton, and Katon jutsu while in this form. This form however makes them impervious to jutsu that Raiton, and katon are strong against individually, and if hit by such an element will restore their chakra, and stamina by the equal amount put into the attack. This form however can only be maintained for a certain length of time, the factor of which depends upon the phoenix’s own strength, and power level.
Note: This form can be entered more than once during a battle, but the phoenix must wait the same amount of posts that they were in phoenix mode to activate it again. This can only be done with phoenix’s of C rank, and up, and the phoenix once in this form must maintain it for as long as the posts requirement is for that rank, though a higher rank character could use a lower rank post count for this mode they would need to wait that post count +1 in that case. This form only to be had to be mastered, rank does not matter.
Name: Phoenix Specialization
Requirements: Must be a phoenix, for each rank after E it is 3 point training.
Description: The true representation of a phoenix’s element power, it is a representation of their elemental affinities. Their elemental prowess within grows as they themselves further grow towards adult hood, and in overall ability. These are represented in the following ways below:
E-Rank: +5% to chakra control/Chakra pool/power with all Raiton, and Katon jutsu’s used.
D-Rank: +8% to chakra control/Chakra pool/power with all Raiton, and Katon jutsu’s used.
C-Rank: +12% to chakra control/Chakra pool/power with all Raiton, and Katon jutsu’s used.
B-Rank: +20% to chakra control/Chakra pool/power with all Raiton, and Katon jutsu’s used.
A-Rank: +30% to chakra control/Chakra pool/power with all Raiton, and Katon jutsu’s used.
S-Rank: +40% to chakra control/Chakra pool/power with all Raiton, and Katon jutsu’s used.
SS-Rank: +50% to chakra control/Chakra pool/power with all Raiton, and Katon jutsu’s used.
Note: Only up to S rank needs to be learned to have mastery of this limit.
Name: Phoenix Cast
Requirements: Phoenix, 6 point training for each level after Infant.
Description: All phoenix are born equally, and without a weakness to one another, however as they grow there becomes gaps in power, and abilities that makes each Phoenix unique, and allows for them to have a hierarchy system in order to maintain ideals, and powers within their race a secret, and as wife’s tales to the rest of the world. While there are titles that go along with how close one is to adult hood, and how powerful they are in general these are not just mere titles, but rather actually represent ones growth, and power. These are represented in the following way:
Phoenix Infant: E-Rank: Allows a phoenix to control Moving fire, and lightning 1 ft away from them.
Phoenix Apprentice: D-Rank: Allows for the free controlling of fire, and lightning 3 ft away from them, and allows for the phoenix to learn all Raiton, and Katon jutsu at -1 post count.
Phoenix Courter: C-Rank: At least 1 limit mastered: Allows for the free controlling of fire, and lightning up to 5 ft away from them, allows the Phoenix to learn all Kinjutsu, that is Katon, and Raiton at -1 point.
Phoenix Noble: A-Rank: Allows for the free controlling of Fire, and lightning up to 10 ft away from them, allows for the phoenix to learn all Katon, and Raiton jutsu with -1 post count, and -1 point training.
Phoenix: Royal: S-Rank: At least 3 limits fully mastered: Allows for the free controlling of fire, and lightning up to 15 ft away from them, Allows the phoenix to absorb the fire, and lightning as well, using it as a catalyst for further jutsu, instead of chakra. This however can only be done on opponents jutsu used, and the phoenix in question must be of the same rank as the jutsu, (Meaning unless SS rank S rank kinjutsu still hurts you)
Phoenix Immortal: SS-Rank, or Phoenix Rebirth limit: Allows for the free controlling of fire, and lightning up to 20 ft away from them, Grants the phoenix an additional style point when learning all Katon, and Raiton jutsu, in addition to allows them to learn all katon, and Raiton jutsu at -1 to post count, and point count.
Note: All factors of titles apply to all titles above them, except for range of fire, and lightning control which is as stated in each title.
Name: Phoenix rebirth
Requirements: 20 point kinjutsu training, all other Bloodline limits.
Description: A skill that fully fledged pheonix’s gain, upon their transcendence into adulthood. It is the power to restore their bodies from their ashes, or reincarnate themselves elsewhere, through the child of another, or the like. In essence, when a phoenix character is killed, they are not killed, but instead will come back to life, (Outside of the thread that they were killed in of course) Through either their ashes, or another. In either case they will lose 1 rank (Which can be trained again), and any lose the ability to use jutsu that would go with the rank that they previously had, until they regain the rank, in which case they may use the jutsu again. They also lose any SA’s that would happen in this case, or due them switching bodies. Afterward when they do reincarnate themselves, they will forget everything except for their true name, and powers. This means that yes will not remember their loved ones, or who killed them, so do not plot revenge kills. Memory cannot be restored in any way, if done the phoenix in question shall have their soul permanently destroyed if done by the creator, and the phoenix shall die and be reborn if done by another. (You cannot retrain SS rank without SS permission)
Clan Jutsus: As each phoenix is different in every way, there is no specific clan jutsu, as all Phoenix’s master their own forms of Raiton, and Katon. All jutsu for this clan is custom made, however permission of the clan owner is not required to create phoenix jutsu specifically for the phoenix RPC in question, and is required for general clan jutsu.

Since when are Phoenixes associated with lightning?
Since we didn't have to hold steadfast to all myths, legends, and stories for the sake of at least a bit of creativity. Plus its a little less limiting than just being fire, or allowing a phoenix to go and use water...earth not being much better. _________________ I hoard things

When it says being able to control fire and lightning include that they can't control it used by another person's jutsu
The phoenix rebirth thing needs some more downsides as it basically lets you bypass the sites normal rules on death.

Remove the additional style point to learning fire and lightning techniques seeing as how they already have an additional style point from the first bloodline limits. Nope they can't.
That is there because that is what Phoenix does is come back to life, and when you think about it they lose a rank, and then could be killed again where they stand lose another, and they have no memories, so you can't revenge kill otherwise it is OOC knowledge, and cheating, plus it takes EVERY other limit mastered at the highest level it states to get that limit first, so feel the downsides are fine, though I was thinking of adding you can't rank up again until after about 20 posts with the character in question.
And the Itichi do the same exact thing now (With the major in a style), as that does >.>
