Name: Katon: Kuutei Fenikkusu no jutsu– Airborne Phoenix Technique
Type: Ninjutsu
Rank: E/D/C/B/A/S
Requirements: Katon as first element.
Description: This jutsu requires a couple of  hand signs and a moderate of  amount of chakra to release the effect. Once the jutsu is activated and the hand signs were complete without disturbance, fire nature chakra will form a wing of a phoenix from the right or left scapula (shoulder blade), depending on the persons dominant hand. The wingspan of this jutsu varies based on the users rank and allows the user to become airborne for a certain amount of time, which also depends on the rank (and of course, based upon amount of chakra). The phoenix's wing is limited to the use of one attack. The attack is known to be a forceful wing beat that engulfs the area of attack in intense, heated air that soon materializes into actual fire. The flame is able to vary in the amount of damage based on the users rank.
E-Rank:3 foot wingspan; 4 minutes airborne; Minor displeasure and causes sweating - Discomfort
D-Rank:4 foot wingspan; 6 minutes airborne; Minor sunburn and causes itching - Distraction
C-Rank:5 foot wingspan; 8 minutes airborne; Harsh sunburn and small blisters - Befuddling
B-Rank:6 foot wingspan; 10 minutes airborne; Large blisters - Short-Term Immobilization
A-Rank:8 foot wingspan; 15 minutes airborne; Minor burns - Moderate Immobilization
S-Rank:10 foot wingspan; 20 minutes airborne; Sever burns - Immobilization

Before I fully mod this. (Even though it mostly seems fine) I do believe that I made something like this at least in the flying part (Not attacking)

Pik: Oh, I never stumbled upon yours, I made sure that this jutsu wasn't copied, but there are so many jutsu's now it's hard not to have anything even remotely similar.  sorry, you had to fight for your approval because nobody was so stubborn, when you're nice enough to approve mine (if you are going to) right away. I don't want to take away you're opportunity of getting someone to use you're jutsu, but I wish to use mine. :\
Sucal: If you re-read it, I wrote that water negates the fire's damage effects.

I made it more clearer so you could understand it, this is what it said originally if you could remember.
