So your saying that because I became a jounin that I can't auto learn any jutsu, that kinda makes no sense. I didn't think Lava would like it that way because than nobody will want to buy a rank up because it doesn't do them any good because now their just easy to kill enemies. But that's ok I don't mind the disadvantage ^^

Ok, for jutsus, I'd remove:
- D Kakuremino no Jutsu [Magic Cloak of Invisibility Skill]
- C JibakuKakuremino no Jutsu [Magic Cloak of Invisibility Skill]
Also, once you get Chuunin, you get all the basics automatically. This was discussed and approved. I believe Zieg also said Shunshin no Jutsu was a basic.
You might also want to trim back on the Sound jutsus, even though you are of the sound village. It is also unnecessary to have EVERY water jutsu.
