A wooden sword? How lame... How do you expect to kill anybody with that? - Ukyo addressed his teammate, who he had never seen before, leaving Mitsua to reply to their sensei. He had no doubts about the jounin's powers, since he knew how deceiving appearances can be, but the attitude was somewhat... unique. He would have found a great student in Shu, had that been possible.

"You'll see, Ukyo, when the time comes... In the meantime, just know that then it comes to me, Wood is a very useful material." Bokkon wasn't worried about how he felt about fighting with a wooden sword, for he knew that, when the time came for him to use it, he wouldn't think so little of it.

Kichirou was running like a jackrabbit up the hill. Today he'd finally be part of a Genin team. It'd been a long time at the academy and he felt like he could finally get some action doing missions. He kept his haphazard pace with his wide grin until he found a group of people under a tree. Two boys that were around his age, and one man considerabley older, yet still young looking.

After pausing to view them, Kichirou leapt up at a run again. Slowing down as he started to reached them, Kichirou heard the last few comments in the conversation. Seemed like they were introducing themselves. Kichirou smiled and leaped up onto a treebranch, posing in a taijutsu stance with his fists outstreched. "And I am Mitsuhide Kichirou!" he proclaimed. "Konoha's amazing wild animal!" he said starting to punch at the air.

Kichirou suddenly started to lose his balance and fell from the treebranch yelling "wwwooooah!" Kichirou regained control of his body and broke his fall, landing on his knee. "Hahaha.." he laughed nervously while straitening his floppy hat. I hope that looked like I did it on purpose.

OOC: I'll totally be like Lee, except for a few differences in techniques and stuff of course. =)

Ryumaru caught a leaf that broke off when Kichirou fell from the tree. "Yari yari... Kichirou-san, you need to work on your entries... Look what you did to the tree, It lost one of it's leaves..." He then charged the leaf with his charka and threw it at Kichirou's leg, aiming to only make a small scratch on his leg. "That kind of mistake can cost your life."

OCC: I'll go with Fyodor since he's the mod and Mitsua doesn't seem to be active.

Poe looked at his three new genin, two of them looked like they were about to get in a fight. "Ohoohoh, the energy here is moving!" Poe looked into a small guide. He read something, he would have to test his squad before figuring out if they were ready. He pointed down a large path, in the distance there was stone. It couldn't be seen but many times events were focused around it. "It is my duty to inform you that even by passing the academy exam, only 2 of you will become genin. Meet me at the large stone tomorrow at noon." Poe began to walk away. "And don't eat lunch... you might throw up..." Then he left.

He went back to the training grounds. This might be his last day for a while where he could get a full workout. He thought to himself, "What kind of stupid line is this... whoever wrote this must have being some kind of freaky person out to scare genin... I have no doubt that these 3 will become genin though"

"I'm not scared of you, bring it!" Kichirou said loudly. Then Poe-sensei interrupted explaining about a new test tomorrow. And not only that, but there would only be two of them officially graduate to Genin status. Kichirou laid his fist to his side and decided that fighting now and bloodying himself and his team mate wouldn't do any good for the up and coming test.
"Hai, Poe -sensei!" Kichirou said strongly.
He then turned to the other two boys. "I'm going to go do some light training to prepare. I just want to let both of you know that I'm not going to lose to either of you."
He then focused his eyes on Ryumaru, "We'll finish this after I become a Genin." Kichirou said holding a thumbs up and grinning, "It's a promise."
With that, he started off back towards the village at a running pace.
