More Staff Reductions / Changes

Ok, our staff list is still way too long. Here is a list of changes:

-Chat Moderators All Demoted. Global Moderators will now handle that area. Previous Chat Moderators will be X Staff now.

-RPO's and Template officials are combined into one group known as "RPG Moderators".

-Some RPG Moderators are demoted.

-More Cuts going on soon. If you want to keep your slot, then be active and do your job!
