(Post 3/3) After thinking about it again, Katsuga feels that he's ready to put the Jutsu to its ultimate test, for now anyway, so he performs the Ram Handsign, channels some of his Chakra, creates one "Water Clone", then tells it what to do, and watches it as it gets about twenty feet away from him. Nodding his head, he watches as the Clone starts performing handsigns with the same speed and accuracy as him, ending it with the Tiger Handsign, takes a deep breath, channeling its Chakra, then Katsuga starts it up. After performing some quick handsigns, Katsuga places his left hand in front of him in a "cupping" state, then places his left hand, in an upward first with his thumb sticking up, onto his right hand, takes a deep breath, then they both exert their breath, after channeling their Chakra, then the Clone lets off the "Karyuu Endan", and Katsuga uses the Jutsu that he's been training for, the "Suijinheki. The Katon Jutsu just about gets to Katsuga, but it's instantly stopped by the jet of water as it encircles him completely, putting out the fire like it's nothing, then the water explodes from around him, and watches as the water settles, coming out unscathed. Nodding his head to the Clone, he begins to think about the next Jutsu he should learn, and he already knows what it is.

Description: Suiton • Suishouha is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. Katsuga does a string of hand seals which then causes a large volume of water to materialize out of nowhere. The water can then be directed at his target.

IC: (Post 1/6) Knowing that his Jutsu arsenal is getting bigger, Katsuga knows when to stop training and head over to Konohagakure no Sato, the Village Hidden in the Leaves, his home Village to do a little more training with the Hokage, and his best friend, Inuzuka Tamotsu starts off training for his next Jutsu, which he had heard about when he was in Konoha during the Jounin Exams, as being one of the most powerful, and useful, of the Suiton Jutsus, and not just because of its destructive power, but the fact that it causes water to materialize out of nowhere, which will do very well for catching his opponents off-guard. Remembering what the handsigns are, he starts performing the handsigns for the Jutsu, then places his hands together in front of him, and starts channeling his Chakra as much as can, trying to make to what he thinks would be the amount needed for such a high-Ranking and powerful Jutsu. He closes his eyes, trying to concentrate more on what's to be done, then opens his eyes back up and looks around him only to see sand... Not a single drop of water around him. He swears at himself, then starts to think about how to perform the Jutsu.

(Post 2/6) After giving it much thought, Katsuga starts performing the handsigns again, channeling what he believes again is the right amouth of Chakra into each of the handsigns, then places his hands together in front of him again, and channels a little more Chakra into it. After this, he closes his eyes and starts concentrating on the area around him being filled with water, then quickly opens his eyes up only to see, once again, that there's not a single drop of water around him. He then sits down on the ground and starts thinking again about the Jutsu, trying to remember what he had learned about it, then remembers something about it in which he thunks himself in his head for forgetting about that little detail. He stands up to remember that this Jutsu isn't quite like the "Suijinheki" on that he's used to using the water that's already around him to do, or from inside of him, but he recalls that he literally needs to extend his Chakra to the area all around him, then make it come up from the ground in a twister-like state, then he can control it from there. Smirking at this, he gets to work now.

(Post 3/6) Katsuga stands up from where he's sitting at, then closes his eyes this time, starts concentrating a lot more now, then starts performing the handsigns for the Jutsu, channeling the right amount of Chakra into each of the handsigns, and concentrates on the area around him, channeling some of his Chakra from his body about a ten-foot circumference around him being overtaken by a twister of water. After he finishes with the handsigns, he places his hands in front of him, and channels some more of his Chakra through both the Jutsu and the area around him for the Jutsu to occur, then quickly opens his eyes up, as he felt some coolness in the air, and not just from the breeze, as he sees a small circle of water around him where he was channeling his Chakra, but it only looks like it sprinkled rain just in that area around him, so he starts to go at it again knowing not to over-do it.

(Post 4/6) After thinking about it more, Katsuga knows what he has to do right now so he starts off by closing his eyes again, concentrating on the area around him, in the ten-foot radius, starts performing the handsigns for the Jutsu, channeling some of his Chakra into each handsign to the amount that's needed for it, but, at the same time, channels some of his Chakra around him in that same area as before, concentrating a lot more than before. After completing the string of handsigns, he places his hands together in front of him, channels more of his Chakra into the Jutsu, and channels more of his Chakra in the area around him, feeling some of the area around him becoming a little cooler as some water comes up around him so he opens his eyes up, looks around him, and sees that there's a small wall of water forming all around him completely, but it's only about up to his waistline, which isn't far at all, but knows that it's an excellent start and that a wall this high could actually block something, but it's not worth trying that out so he lets go of the Jutsu and watches as the water falls to the ground, splashing all around him, but not very much, then gets back to training, hoping that he'll get it next time.

(Post 5/6) Smirking some, knowing that he's getting the Jutsu down more and more each time he tries to do it, he closes his eyes again, and starts concentrating on getting the Jutsu right this time. Concentrating on both the Jutsu and the area around him, he starts performing the handsigns for the Jutsu, channeling the right amount of Chakra into it, but also channels some of his Chakra to the area around him, ending the string of handsigns with his hands together in front of him, then channels some more of his Chakra into the Jutsu, opens his eyes up, channels some more of his Chakra into the area around him, and watches as the area around him turns into a medium-sized twister of water all around him. Smirking at this, he continues to channel some of his Chakra, knowing that he can make the twister of water a lot higher, to the point that it'll go well over his head, which'll block nearly any attack that comes from all around him, but he instantly looses his concentration which causes the water to fall straight to the ground, creating a fairly large splash that covers him in water, but at least he knows how it's done and knows that he'll get it on the next try.

OOC: XD I can't post after the library closes, Zeke-sama! I don't have Internet at my house, plus my PC's not working. Anyway, back to training!

(Post 6/6) Katsuga now knows exactly how to perform the Jutsu so he starts performing the handsigns for the Jutsu, channeling his Chakra into the handsigns to the point that he knows that it's what it should be, then starts channeling his Chakra from all around him in the area that he's been concentrating on during the time of the training, but keeps his eyes open this time to actually see the Jutsu happening. After performing the handsigns, he places his hands together in front of him, channels a little more of his Chakra into both the Jutsu and the area around him, then watches as a twister of water forms all around him then soars up into the air to well over twenty feet above his own head, then he thrusts his hands forward causing the water to flow in front of him in a Tsunami-type wave, which covers the whole area in front of him completely in water, and watches as it resides into the sand, some of it going into the ocean, but a lot of it can still be seen on the sand's surface. Amazed by the power of the Jutsu, Katsuga smirks some as he goes to train for his final Jutsu before he sets off to Konohagakure no Sato, his home Village.

Name: Katon: Shirouka no Jutsu [Fire Release: White Flame Jutsu]
Type: Ninjutsu

Requirements: Ninjutsu as main Style, Katon Element, must know "Karyuu Endan no Jutsu (Fire Dragon Missle Technique)", a lot of Chakra.
Description: This is considered as the most powerful Katon (Fire) Jutsu, next to the Amaterasu (Goddess of the Sun). This Jutsu requires the user to already know the "Karyuu Endan". It is called the "White Flame Jutsu" because the flames that come out of the user are literally white-hot, and it can melt even the strongest of metals, except for "Special items", but it requires a lot of Chakra usage to the point that even a Kage could only use it a few times before they're spent of their Chakra pool.

IC: (Post 1/6) Katsuga, after learning the "Suishouha", knows exactly which Jutsu he would like to learn next, in fact it's one that he created himself after he had learned the "Karyuu Endan", but he also knows that after he performs it, he'll be nearly spent of his Chakra pool and would require some time to rest afterwards, but that's completely fine with him at this point. With that, he starts performing a fairly long string of handsigns, ending with the Katon's Tiger Handsign, channeling what he thinks is the right amount of Chakra into the Jutsu, takes a deep breath, but not to the point where he can't breathe anymore, channeling just a little more of his Chakra, and exhales. Hoping to see a flame that's white-hot, hence he's wanting to call it the "White Flame Jutsu", but is disappointed as he sees nothing more than just the regular "Karyuu Endan", so he starts to think about the Jutsu, knowing that it's going to be at the same Rank as the "Suishouha", but sees that it's going to take a little more Chakra to perform this Jutsu than it did for the "Karyuu Endan". He sits down on the ground and starts to think about it.

(Post 2/6) Katsuga stands up, after doing some thinking, then believes that he knows how to do the Jutsu now so he starts performing the handsigns that he made up, memorizing exactly what they were, channeling some of his Chakra into each of the handsigns, ends with the Tiger Handsign, channels a little more of his Chakra, takes a deep breath, a little more than what he did before but not by much, still not to the point that he can't breathe in anymore. After this, he exhales the air from his lungs, channeling just enough of his Chakra to turn the air into fire, then watches as a jet of fire comes out from his mouth, but realizes that it's still only the "Karyuu Endan", which causes him to curse at himself as he starts to ponder why the Jutsu's not working right, when he finally figures it out. He now knows that he's going to have to breathe in completely, to the point that he can't breathe in anymore, then exhale the fire. Pretty much saying that it's the amount of wind, and of course the Chakra, that'll determine the heat of the Katon Jutsu, so he gets back to work now.

(Post 3/6) Katsuga starts immediately by performing the handsigns for his Jutsu, channeling just enough of his Chakra to match up to the Rank of the Jutsu, ends with the Tiger Handsign, channels just a little more of his Chakra, then takes a very deep breath to the point that he can't take anymore in. After this, he exhales the air from within his lungs as fast as he can, channels just a little more of his Chakra to turn the air into fire, and watches as there's a long jet of fire coming out, but it's still nowhere near to being white-hot, which disappoints him again, but notices that the very end of the stream of fire, right at his mouth to be more exact, was white-hot, which is a good sign to him. But, even knowing his, he can feel his Chakra pool getting lower each time he performs the Jutsu, and knows that the Jutsu itself is going to take quite a bit of his Chakra in order to use, but feels that he'll be able to perform the Jutsu before being spent of his Chakra reserves nearly completely.
