IC: Katsuga can feel her Chakra building up, but then suddenly feel is start to drain at almost the same time, which he doesn't understand about that, but he just chuckles some, then laughs as she tells him that he's not fit to lead Kirigakure as the Mizukage, and saying that he's unskilled to be the Kage. Upon hearing her blade coming out from her sheath, he opens his eyes up slowly, and she can clearly see that they're not black anymore, like usual, but red this time, showing that he's activated his Sharingan Eyes, but, little did she know, until they were opened up all the way, that they're in the mighty Level Three form, as it's also a rare form of the Sharingan Eye amongst the prestigious Uchiha Clan of Konohagakure no Sato. Knowing how to utilize his Eyes, he looks directly into her dark blue hues, locking his gaze with hers, and can see her Chakra flow clearly through her body, but he can't actually see the Tenketsu points like those of the Hyuuga Clan's Byakuugan, and sees that something's definitely not right with her Chakra, feeling that it's evil, ominous, and ready to kill at any time.
When you're ready, just start. I'll go on and say that I'm not going to go easy on you just because you're a woman, Syra, but I'll still abide your wish by not attacking your stomach, I am a man of my word. Let me ask you something before we start though, if you don't mind. What are you going to do if you become the next Mizukage? You don't have to answer it, I'm just curious is all. I've already told you what I was going to do, and would like to know your dreams as well.
Smiling some at her, Katsuga keeps his gaze upon her, not even blinking at the moment, and will know what she's about to do if she makes even the slightest movements with her body. Syra was taken aback from the three tomoes circling his eyes. She was amazed and extremely on edge. She had never bothered herself to learn about the Uchiha bloodline and now cursed herself for not doing so. She had no idea the affects of this bloodline and what me might do next. She spoke clearly but slowly, trying to determine the first move.
" This is my village and like a mother I will raise it with love and rules that will carve it into greatness. I will care for it and devote my entire life to the wholeness of my children. I will passionately and with strength lead this village to greatness, and nothing will stand in my way."
With that last word she charged foward, blade drawn. She half-ran, half-leaped up the sloped beach to where Katsuga stood. Her gigantic blade whirled through the air but moved as if made with water. It shattered the air above Katsuga as she sent a powerful downward strike with both hands giving strength to the strike. _________________ Syra's Theme - 463

IC: Katsuga can easily see her movements a lot slower than what he could while he had the Sharingan Eye Level Three, looking as though she's actually coming at him in slow motion, seeing her movements very clearly. Just as she starts coming towards him, he actually takes his left hand off the hilt of his sword, takes his right hand out of his pocket, and quickly performs a handsign with great speed, looking as though he's just getting ready to do something else. He just stands there, looking up at her as she starts coming down to him, just smiling as she does, looking as though he's not going to do anything at all to try and stop her or anything. But, as she will strike him with her blade, it'll look as though that he's been cut completely in half, but then his body transforms into a log, falling onto the ground in two pieces.

Kawarimi No Jutsu (Change of the Body Stance Technique) [Rank: E; Type: Ninjutsu] - When in danger the ninja will quickly substitute themself with another nearby object. This can be a block of wood or even another person. This allows the ninja to quickly flee and hide while the original object takes the brunt of their opponent's attack.
Katsuga smiles at this, for he's just trying to figure out how much she really meant trying to kill him, and he's not disappointed at all, and is actually glad to see that she's ready to fight without holding back, which he's going to give back to her. Hiding in one of the many trees, he leaps out from the tree, performs some handsigns, while in mid-air, ending it with the Tiger handsign. Not knowing if she knows what that means, and really doesn't care at this point, he brings his left hand up to his mouth, takes a deep breath, then spurts out a massive fireball, aiming directly for her. Knowing that she's either going to counter it or dodge it, he's more than ready to counter anything that she throws at him, but, until then, he lands on the ground about ten feet from her, bringing both his hands to his sword's long, narrow sheath, placing his left hand back on the hilt, and his right hand's on the bottom of the sheath. He's fairly certain that she doesn't know exactly what's inside the sheath, and, if she doesn't, she's going to be in for a very big surprise.

Goukakyuu no Jutsu (Great Fireball Technique) [Rank: C; Type: Ninjutsu] - Katon • Goukakyuu no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Fire Element. The ninja does the necessary hand seals, draws chakra from their mouth into their chest and them immediately exhales it. They then blow a stream of fire which erupts into a large sphere of flames. To better manage the flames the ninja will bring their hand to their mouth to control it.

IC: He moved with fluidity and power and easily avoided her attack. Her strike was aimed true and powerfully swung but it was not meant to do damage. She expected the dodge, expected his quick reflexes. Her attack was merely a decoy to scan for his strengths and hopefully weaknesses within. She could see that his hand signs were just as fast as hers. She could also noticed that his eyes could make her appear much slower than she actually was. A devious thought entered her mind as she understood what this could entail.
While the thoughts seemed to be in slow motion Syra was absentmindedly dropped into a crouching position. Her blade came up to her side and covered most of her body. The split-second that it took to do this was barely enough time to block the fast-gliding torrential fireball. It exploded into the blade. The sword absorbed most of the impact while the licking flames that managed to twist around was stopped by her fire-proof jacket.
She could tell there was no possible way to win without using ninjutsu. She slipped the gigantic blade into it's chain sheathe on her back. Her hands disappeared into her cloak and a moment later reappeared with side blades. She grinned softly, knowing that Katsuga has never seen these before. He would be in for a blast from her past; the deadliest weapons in her arsenal. However for the time being she would have to play it slowly. She put her hands behind her back as she charged foward. They went into a flurry of hand signs before reappearing for a cross slash attack at Katsuga's chest. She slowed her momentum, cutting the power of the attack but knowing that he would have blocked it either way with the swords on his belt.

Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu [Water Clone Technique]

Description: This Ninjutsu technique uses water as its base for creating the clones. Each clone is one tenth as powerful as the ninja using it and has a limited range it can move away from its creator. Like the Kage Bunshin no Jutsu [Shadow Clone Technique], this clone can attack as if it were the ninja themselves. One hit will destroy it.
OOC: Alrighty then!!! Let's get this party going again!!! Oh yeah, my swords are on my back in a long, narrow sheathe.... O.o
IC: Katsuga could clearly see that she's up to some kind of devious plan that he's not going to like at all, but that's alright with him because this is supposed to be a fight to the death, or at least near-death. He looks at her with his Sharingan Eyes, seeing that she's conjuring up a Jutsu, seeing her handsigns very slowly and clearly, but doesn't wish to copy her Jutsus at the moment because he's saving his last space for a Jutsu that'll make him a more formidable opponent that he ever was. Seeing this, and seeing her taking her new blades out, ones that he's never seen before, so it tells him that she must've gotten them either sometime after she left Kirigakure, or after she back to the Village when he wasn't around. Either way, he just smiles at this as he reaches his with his left hand, grasping the top hilt of his sword, then, using his right hand to channel a small amount of his Chakra, pulls the blade out, not really sure, or caring, if she see's that it's actually a Kodachi that comes out of the long, narrow sheathe. But, when he does this, a flash of blinding light comes out in the an area of a ten-foot square, possibly blinding her if she had her eyes fully opened at the time, which is very likely, then he leaps backwards away from her as fast as he can, sheathes his Kodachi, then performs a few quick handsigns, ending with the Tiger handsign, smiles kinda evilly, then brings his left hand up to his mouth again, takes a small breath, then lets loose five small fireballs in a small circle, heading directly towards her. Even if she extinguishes (can't spell ) the flames somehow, there's a nice "surprise" in stored for her inside the fireballs, a single Kunai that is, and knows that even if her jacket is fire-proof, he's fairly certain that it's not "stab-proof".

Housenka no Jutsu (Mythical Fire Phoenix Technique) [Rank: C; Type: Ninjutsu] - Katon • Housenka no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu techinque utilizing the Fire Element. The ninja does the necessary hand seals and then emits a series of small fire balls. The ninja can also hurl a projectile which is covered in these same flames. To the opponent the attack appears to be only the balls of flame, they do not see the hidden threat within the flames. Meaning that even if the flames are put out, the projectiles still converge on the target. The flames can be used to cover different projectiles like shuriken or kunai.

IC: Syra grunted in pain as she was instaneously blinded. She had not expected such an attack and was impressed with Katsuga for making such a devious move. Syra stumbled backwards for a few steps before regaining her balance. Her eyes were filled with spots that very literally prevented her from seeing anything but a centimeter from her face. She closed them as they would be useless and used her superior hearing to listen for signs of attack.
The soft sound of breathing was abrupted with a single-long breath. Disappointment welled up as he predictably used another Katon jutsu. She wondered how many different ones there was as she prepared an easy strategy to block the oncoming fire. Five water clones lept from the spot where she stood. Each an exact replica, they self-sacrificed themselves into the hurtling flames. Each of them were absorbed completely and left nothing - or so Syra expected.
A single kunai but a short distance away shot out of the fire and sped towards her. She was once more impressed with his skill but shifted her thoughts back to instinct and battle techniques. She held her breath before snapping her arms down. At the tip of the wrist the blades whipped out. She snapped quickly in another direction to keep them in place. Dual sets of tekagi stood ready to battle Katsuga. She smiled at his newly pitiful attack. Her hands a whirlwind of motion, they disappeared into a blur of blades. A moment later, the attack which was to send Syra to the grave reversed motion and shepd towards Katsuga.
The Master of Claws had returned and she was glad that someone was finally rivalling her position. She herself was getting rusty. She walked foward, lunging and slashing in a complicated and furious attack pattern. Barely a few seconds passed before she had released ten attacks, as long as nothing had been done to stop her. Her devious strategy did allow for this though; in fact she expected him to stop her with that blade of light. Only then could she rid him of his greatest strength. _________________ Syra's Theme - 463

OOC: I give you my word that I didn't look at the spoiler, Syra-san. But, with that Sharingan Level Three, I can tell if you're about to do a Jutsu, even if it's behind your back because I can see your Chakra flow. ^_^ And, you do realize that there was a Kunai inside each of the fireballs, right? Heh-heh, you're in for more surprises, Syra-san. I'm not called a "Great strategist" for nothing....
IC: Still using the great power of his Sharingan Eyes at Level Three, Katsuga could immediately tell what she's doing in slow-motion, even by doing the slightly movements with her arms, hands, feet, etc., he'll know exactly what she's going to do before she really even does it. Getting into a defensive stance, he reaches up again with his left hand, grasping the hilt of his Kodachi on top, then places his right hand, grasping what appears to be the bottom of the sheath, seeing that she didn't notice that he pulled out his top Kodachi beforehand, then instantly pulls them out before she gets to him, showing her, for the first time, one of his own little secrets, a set of Twin Kodachis, one of them looking like a blade of Light (top), and the other one looks like a blade of Darkness (bottom). Doing so, he strikes out with his Kodachis, aiming only for her Blades for right now, blocking every one of them with relative ease, as though he knew exactly where she was going to strike before she really even tried to attack him. Smirking at this, he instantly jumps backwards away from her, sheathes his Kodachis, performs a quick handsign, the Ram handsign, then four Clones come up in front of him, then they all unsheathe their Twin Kodachis, looking at her smirking some, and they all look and act just like Katsuga, making it very difficult to determine which one is the real one as they leap around with great speed, then stop in front of her, about ten feet.
*all of them* So, Syra-san, which one of us is the real one? Guess wrong, and you just may suffer the consequences, heh....

OOC: Well it wouldn't be hard to figure out that she was performing a jutsu, I just meant it would be impossible to know which one.
IC: She knew that this wasn't the time for her counter-attacks and impassable defence techniques. She would have to strike Katsuga with her full force if she was to defeat him. This would not be an test of endurance until later. She eyed each of the clones and shook her head.
There was only one option - to create clones to match his own. Her hands quickly ran through the hand signs before stopping to create five clones to match his four, although she doubted she surprised him with that. The five clones each drew a long katana and rushed foward to attack his individually. Their blades each swept in different directions with half-hearted strikes intended only to graze the enemy. Syra herself remained where she stood with her claws, reluctant to join the action.

Syra watched the fight rage intensely as the waves pounded above her. She used chakra to hold herself still inside the ocean spray. She knew that her only option was to shift the fight from the ground to the water, which her own water ninjutsu would be strengthened and his fire ninjutsu rendered useless.
OOC: This is true, and I didn't put that now did I? I just knew that you were performing one, and got ready for it.
IC: He can see that she's performing another Jutsu through his Sharingan Eyes, and sees that they are Mizu Bunshins, seeing that they formed from the water around them, and just smirks at this, knowing that she's coming up with another plan. Seeing that she's created five Clones to take on his four, including himself, he can clearly see that she's quite the strategist herself, which does amaze him in a way, but knows that she's going to have do a lot better than that. Sheathing his Kodachis, and only his, the Clones still have their's out ready to block/counter-attack, he brings his right hand down at the bottom of the long, narrow sheath, grasping the hilt of his Kodachi, brings his left hand up, channels some of his Chakra into a half-Ram handsign (which is possible to do), then pulls his Kodachi out quickly while jumping backwards at the same time. Upon doing so, a flash of Darkness covers an area of ten feet, basically all around all the Clones and Syra herself, but Katsuga gets out of there just before he used it, even though he could clearly see through it, he's just seeing what Syra will do from this, sheathes the Kodachi again, performs a few quick handsigns, ending with the Tiger handsign, brings his left hand up to his mouth, takes a very deep breath, then spews out a massive fireball, one very similar to the one that he used during the Jounin Exams. Even though her jacket is fire-proof, he's checking to see if she'll be able to anything about this when she can't see where it's coming from exactly, even though she could feel where it's coming from, he'll wait patiently to see what she'll do next, but he still reaches up with both hands, then takes out both Kodachis again, putting them in a defensive stance, ready for her.

IC: From the sky a single pitch black feather floated through the air as the wind carried it. It landed to the ground gently as the wind pushed it even further to as it made its way into the sea disappearing from sight. Swooping from below the clouds there were now a group of crows making a swift advancement towards the trees. They each found themselves a nice strong branch as their talons clamped around it. In their eyes that saw two combatants fighting furiously which was something they saw everyday.
