Re-evaluated. If you think it shoudl be a kinjutsu thats not a problem then sench, however the jutsu being limited to him isnt a problem at all. For one no one will learn it anyways abecause everyone prepares for ninjutsu fights not genjutsu, and theirs a Jutsu that anyone can use for this anyways, his version is slightly diffrent than that one.

he only problem I see is I don't see why it should be Uchiha only. Itachi is a master of genjutsu even without his sharingan, and I doubt he and Kurenai had eye contact in that episode to begin with.

all of Itachi's Genjutsu's required Eye contact. Also It seem's A Golobal mod from Day one, An Admin who was a member from day one, and another Mod along with the author of this who is a Mod All agree it's fine.

We've allowed several jutsus to get past that were only for a specific group of people or a person, including yourself since several can only be done with your swords?

anyways my point is I dont see why it matters?
