WHOA, WHOA, WHOA! Time-out!!! How did you get the Rank of Sannin, Ballian? Only the Kage can give that title, no one else, and you can't train for it, nor can you buy it. Care to please explain?

He is the kage... But I think it's not cool for him to do that. To make his own RPC Sannin at his discretion.

My village HAS no sannin at ALL, i do not trust Riken to give it to him either for two reasons:

1.His RPC is associating with Crimson's character.
2.he left during battle, Before i could even give an order to follow them.

Reason I gave it to my own RPC, Is because i need at Atleast one Sannin Period, and Bad enough, I don't have One jounin And like 2 Chuunin and 30 million genin, I already had this Conversation with Sench, He doesn't have much of a problem with it, if he does he can post here.

Also, As a kage, I cannot rank anyone else up....

It doesn't matter. Kirigakure doesn't have any Sannin, that I know of, but you don't see me making a Sannin RPC, do you?
