Sharingan... Good or Bad Idea?

A lot of people think that the sharingan is a bunch of overpowered bogus, and that even the rinnegan can't compare.
Just curious what people's thoughts are on this subject. Feel free to discuss anything you think is "rigged" or close to "god mode" in the narutoverse.

Sharingan is powerful, but it can be beaten if you know how. It isn't more overpowered than any other bloodline.

Ya, I think so too, but then again, as soon as you start to venture into the area of Mangekyou Sharingan, your talking a whole new level thats almost outrageous. Because Amateratsu hits no matter what, and Susanoo is supposedly the "ultimate defense and offense" because it wields that sword and shield...
Kaguyas are pretty insane, they can't be hurt unless you use genjutsu, or something along the lines of Amateratsu in power to break through their ultimate bone defense.
And we cant underestimate the hyoton, moving at the speed of light beats most people's speed. Other than time/space ninjutsu.

But at least the hyoton and kaguyas have a crucial weakness, whereas the sharingan is built to counter anything... or destroy any defense, etc

I think it just seems so overpowered because A) Everyone knows what it is, its powers, but not many people remember what its weaknesses are...Dont look at them?

Its extremely easy to beat Kat...just rp your looking at the ground. lmao

I wouldn't say the sharingan is all-powerful. But i will say that i can not bring myself to like Sasuke much because of the way he seems to be god-moded from the start. The only time he seems to be dwarfed really is when he runs into Itachi the first few times.

Why must we go through this again....? ~_~ The Sharingan isn't God-Modding. And not EVERYONE knows its powers and/or abilities because not very many Shinobi outside of Konoha know about it. As the only full-blooded Uchiha on the site, I don't god-mod with it.
