Sharingan... Good or Bad Idea?

No one even uses him on here, even though there's an NPC for him.

*sigh* I'm pretty sure they talked about the anime/manga sasuke, not the RP character, but here's what I think:
Although I'm mostly syncronized with the Uchiha bloodline and I love it and its in my roots (as an RPer), I still think that its highly over-powered.
Lets begin from the first three stages of the sharingan, what can it do?
(*) it catches the target's speed by speeding up the eye-sight of the user.
(*) it can copy jutsus by the will of the user as long as they're not bloodline jutsus
(*) it can use hypnotic doujutsus and other types of special doujutsu much better then any none bloodline character.
(*) It can break out or see through a genjutsu much easier then any none-bloodline character.
(*) it can read chakra (not as good as the hyuuga though)

so far its 5 pretty powerful abilities (aside from the chakra read which is also pretty useful)

And now lets go to the mangekyou sharingan;
(*) the user has Tsukiyomi (the ultimate traping genjutsu which is developed to torture the mind of the target for ages in a mear couple of minutes) - the ultimate genjutsu
(*) amataretsu (the black flames which always hit and never put off no matter what, can be stopped if it hits something before reaching the target, but if the target touches it even once, the target is done-for.) the perfect offensive ninjutsu
(*) Susanoo (the huge figure which rises from the user and completely covers him with the ultimate defensive systems and an unbeatable sword which can destroy all) the perfect defensive AND offensive jutsu.

and the price for this one is the eye-sight, but if they get another uchiha's eyes planted into their's they get this condition canceled which makes the only fair thing about the bloodline to disappear.

And mainly as they explained in the manga/anime, there's only one way to fight a Uchiha, and that is in an unfair 2 against 1 battle, because if someone's battling a Uchiha on his own, is done for (as explained before they reached Sasory back at the Gaara's resecue team) so mainly unless the target is a Uchiha, fighting a Uchiha on your own is imposible (unless its a lame uchiha that cant use doujutsu).

As you could have seen all across the manga/anime, the Uchiha clan members have been exceptionally skilled and powerful, not only by their ninjutsu or doujutsu, but by their taijutsu as well, for instance, sasuke was able to reach lee's speed which lee was working on like crazy for 2 years in a single month while learning how to use the Chidori which is doubling the toughness of his training. And as you probebly remember, Itachi himself was a prodigy as well and was able to easily advance through the shinobi world (finished the academy when he was 8 and so on)

And now lets summ it up:
they are awesome in taijutsu
they are extremely good with ninjutsu
and they are unbelievebly good with genjutsu

the conbination of those three is allowing them to be able to counter any type of attack (if the user has all the required things, like the mangekyou sharingan for instance)

and now what are their weaknesses, they're awesome at all types of the ninja art aside from side-types like kenjutsu, juinjutsu and so on, and their only blind spot is in their backs which their doujutsu cant reach to that angel, so mainly their only weakness is their backs that wont allow them to activate doujutsu, but the rest is still functional and getting to a Uchiha's back is nearly imposible.

anyone still thinks that the Uchiha clan is not over-powered?

Note: this rant doesnt applie to the RP since in the RP people are being forced into getting caught in an attack even if they're Uchihas because if they dont it'd be counted as god-mod which isnt allowed (unless their rank is much higher and so is their power levels as a character) but mainly every person has their own way to RP things through, however in the naruto-univers, the Uchiha bloodline IS extremely over-powered, no question about it.
