This is a test-based role playing game created by me, Zeke Jamora. Basically, you create a character, and then we will play Saga's that are created by me. Just follow the template, everything should come to mind once you get it together. But, first, some simple rules.
Basically, we relive the Saga's and events in Dragonball Z and GT. No Cannon characters allowed but, we will fight SOME of the characters in the draoonball meta-series. Though, occassionally, I will get creative and change up the Saga's.
1. No killing aloud outside of Saga's. Your character is aloud to spar, but there are no Death matches outside of a Saga.
2. No Spamming. If you don't like DBZ or this RP, then just ignore this thread.
3. Training- by training you will gain a higher power level. Only Game Masters are aloud to give out Power level.
4. GM- also known as Game Masters, Game Masters control the RP and during Saga's they will be the sotry writers hwo push the Saga's along. The more character's we get, the more people I will promote as GM's. Don't ask to be a GM! I won't give it to you!
5. Saga's- During Saga's you will gain an extrodinary amount of prizes. Sometimes, just power level, other times a dragonball.
6. Dragonballs- there are 3 sets of Dragonballs. Making a total of 21 dragonballs in total. There is the Earth, Namek, and Black Dragonballs. Each of them may grant you ONE of these wishes: You may ask for more Power(but not alot), You may ask to be young forever, You may ask to be extremely Rich, You may ask for all of the clothing in the world, You may ask to bring someone back to life, You may ask to go to any place in the universe, You may also ask for Complete rule over the Earth. That is all you may wish for. More wishes will be added onto the list as the Saga continues.
7. Dieing- If you die during a Saga, then you will go to the Otherworld. If you are a good person, you will go to Heaven or even to a Kaio's Homeworld. If you are Evil, you will go straight to Hell, of worse, HFIL.
8. Combat-
Spars: In a spar, you practice your skills as a martial artist against whoever you want. These must be done outside of Saga's an Movie Events. There is often no winner or loser in Spars but at the end of the battle, you receive 2% PL based off your sparring partner's PL(For every 5 posts that you made in the spar)
Deathmatch: These will usually occur within the Saga's. Basically, a battle in which you try to take the head of the other fighter.
Basic Techniques: These are moves that everyone knows automatically, in basic role playing. A Punch or a Kick will do 5% everytime. If you do a combo, or a speed combo, each punch or kick does 3% damage. Also, if it's a special physical attack, like a Two-handed Smash, an uppercut, or even a hi flying kick, the attack will do 8% damage.
Basic Energy Techniques: All Kikou attacks do 10% damage. However, when you charge the technique, it does double the amount of damage. This goes for all technique that deal with Ki. By charging, you must wait one entire post in-order to unleash the full fury of your attack. Unless it is Soul Bomb, you may only charge your attack for one turn. But, it does double damage aswell as take away double the amount of Ki.(Another reminder on Kikou, is that you may only shoot 5-8 shots per post, unless you have Renzoku Kikou Dan, in which the shots are limitless.)

Description- Include, Eye color, Hair, and Clothing. Also, if you're a Saiyan include that you have a Tail or not.
Attitude- If you could put his/her attitude in single words like, Brave, or Prejudice, then do so. If not, just explain how he acts.
History- One single paragraph is needed to explain your character. After every Saga, you will re-post your Template with a small part about what your character did during that Saga.
Skills
You start out with 4, and by default, everyone knows Kikou [Energy Wave], Bukujutsu [Lighter than Air Skill], Zanzouken [Afterimage Technique], Ki Jyouto[Power Lending] and if you are an Android, instead of Bukujutsu, you will receive Hikou, which requires no energy to fly.You do Not automatically start with Ki Sense. You must LEARN such a move. If you are a Namekian, you by default Learn Nobiru Ude[Mystic Arm Stretch], and Saisei[Regeneration]

To understand how much power and damage each move deals. Multiply the percentage by your Powerlevel. For Example, Kamehameha does 25% damage, and you have a power of 500. 500 x 20% = 100 damage. Though, there is no HP and KP, in this game, so no need to subtract anything from anywhere. Though, this gives an idea of exactly how strong the move is.
Kamehameha - A basic technique, but yet powerful. A Technique mastered by the Turtle Hermit, Master Roshi.(20% Damage)
Turning Kamehameha- This is a move mastered by the greatest users of Kamehameha. With this move, a fighter is able to turn and move their Kamehameha in whatever direction they choose.(25% Damage)
Double Kamehameha - A techique in which the user fires the Kamehameha from both of his hands, instead of them togther. Must have 2000 PL (30% Damage)
Super Kamehameha - An extremely powerful version of the Kamehameha. The technique is twice as destrutive as the original move. This move increases the user's PL by 5000 while it is in use. Must have 7500 PL (45% Damage)
Kamehameha x10- The strongest version of the Kamehameha Wave. This move is 10x the strength of the original Kamehameha, and the destruction of the move is far beyond that of nay of the Kamehameha techniques before it. Must have over 100,000,000 PL (125% Damage)
Family Kamehameha - A simple technique to the most, though if someone has a depe connection with some from the dead, they are able to summon a hidden power and unleash a deadly form of Kamehameha. This move increases the user(s) PL by 25% of their own PL. Must have 100,000 PL, and have permission from GM(90% Damage for each Kamehameha fired)
Galic Gun- A Technique mastered by a powerful Saiyan. The technique is perfect for destroying planets, aswell as destroying one's enemy. Must have atleast 22,000 PL(40% Damage)
Mystic Ki Attack- A very powerful orange energy wave. When one is angered, they are able to summon a huge amount of power within themselves and then focus it as Ki. They will shoot a ball of energy into the sky and then split it into 5 waves that target and destroy their targets. To this day, Only Humans may use this move.(35% Damage for every Target, if all the power is focused on one target, then you multiply the damage by 5.)
Ki Sense- This technique allows osmeone to sense Ki aura's. The greater you train such a skill, the higher field of sensing that you may have.
Desctructo Disk- A technique much like a sword, it is actually a moving disk of energy and can chop anyone in half, no matter how strong they are. If one is skilled enough, they can manipulate the blade into doing what they want. Must have 1500 PL(35% Damage)
Dodonpa- Mastered by the Great Crane Hermit, Dodonpa can be used to lower an enemy's defensive power.(20% Damage)
Multi Color- Mastered by the Great Crane Hermit, this technique splits one's energy by the number that the user wishes to create, however, each clone is just as strong as the next. Though, if you were to hit the original once, all the clones will return to the original.
Tri-Beamha- An extremely powerful techique, and was mastered by the Crane Hermit. Using this move, one would litearlly control their stamina and being into the attack. A weak fighter may only use the skill once, but as one get's stronger, they are able to use it in recession. However, the more they use the skill, the more it drains their stamina and life, severely. Must have over 3000 PL(45% Damage for each blast fire. This is also subtracted from your PL. If you run out of PL before killing your opponent, you will fall down or die.)
Burning Attack- A stinging attack that can paralyze it's target for a short amount of time(2 Posts). The attack can also be used for purely destrutive purposes only aswell. Must have 3 million PL(20% Damage)
Masenkoha- A technique used by the Namekians, and used just to fight Saiyans. This attack is extremely effective agianst Saiyans is used right.(20% Damage)
Special Beam Cannon- It takes along amount of time to charge but, once it is charge, if the target is standing still, the tager will be instantly killed. This technique fires a spiraling energy wave that can drill through almost anything. Needs atleast one post to charge. Must have a Power Level of atleast 600(35% Damage)
Solar Flare- A Technique developed for both offensive and defensive purposes. This technique will use one's Ki to blind anyone near them for a short amount of time(1 Posts). The stronger the user, the more blinding the attack will be.
False Moon- When one learns to focus light waves, they will be able to manifest the waves that are given off by the Moon known as Blutz Waves. They are then able to turn the Blutz Waves into an energy ball. In combination with a Saiyan Tail, the user will throw ball into the air and stare at it. Must have 4000 PL
Soul Bomb- A user will gather the Ki of all of the life forms around them and form this energy into a Bomb. This bomb takes a long time to create but after so, they desctrutive for of the bomb is magnificent. Because the Soul Bomb is so incredibly powerful and it takes such a long time to gather the Ki, one may only use this move once during a battle. Must have 20,000 PL(70% Damage for every Post you gather Ki, you need atleast 3 posts for the even weakest Soul Bomb)
Ki Absorption- A technique only avaible to Androids. This mechanism allows one to absorb the Ki of living life forms and then use that energy for their own selfish purposes.
Kaioken- If one dies or see's their Planet's guardian, they will go to the Otherworld, and then journey down Snake way. Once they meet the end of Snake way, they will reach a Planet belonging to one of the Kaio's. The Kaio of that planet will then train someone of Pure heart the art of Kaioken. With this move, one's Ki will increase by a huge amount, the more energy, the more powerful the technique is. However, one can lose their life from the huge increase of energy, the nergy being too powerful and destroying their body. Increases one's PL by 4000. Must have permission from GM to train with a Kaio.
Kaioken x 2- After mastering the basic art of Kaioken, one is able to push further and summon even more power then before. Twice as much power in fact. This move will increase one's PL by 8000. Must have permission from GM to train with a Kaio.
Kaioken x 3- After mastering the basic art of Kaioken, one is able to push further and summon even more power then before. Triple as much power in fact. This move will increase one's PL by 12,000. Must have permission from GM to train with a Kaio.
Kaioken x 4- After mastering the basic art of Kaioken, one is able to push further and summon even more power then before. Quadrople as much power in fact. This move will increase one's PL by 16,000. Must have permission from GM to train with a Kaio.
Oozaru- A Power that all Saiyans who have Tails have and inherit. Initially, from the sight of the moon, once turns into a Great Ape, a terrible creature with an unstopable amount of power. A Saiyans power multiplies by 10 when in this state. If the Saiyan is a Elite Saiyan, then they are able to control the power of this form. However, if the Saiyan is a Low-level or Medium-level, they will not be bale to control themselves, and they will not be able to remember much of the event. Even if the Saiyan has a Power level of 1 Million and has reached Super Saiyan level, a Low level still will not be able to control this form.
Super Saiyan- A legendary power found in all Saiyans. If a Saiyan goes through an event in which they feel an extremely huge amount of Rage, Sadness, or even Happiness, their hair will turn gold, their eyes blue, and their power level and energy will skyrocket! Increases one's PL by 85% of the user's PL. Must have over 1 Million PL
Namekian Sync- A Brave technique in which the Namekian's created to save their people at one time. This technique allows a Namek infuse their soul with another Namek, increasing the Main Namekian's PL Massively! (If used, first, you double both of the Namek's power levels, and then add them together. Then you double that Power level again.)
Hidden Potential- If a Human has a "real" hidden power inside of them, the Namekian Elder will wish to speak with them. In doing so, the Namekian elder will use their powers to unlock their powers within as much as possible. When this happens, they are able to call upon this hidden power whenever they wish. PL increases by 15,000 when used. Must have GM's permission
Transform- this is a Changeling's ability to "change form". This skill unlocks a Changeling's "Second Form". When they release such a form, they accuire new levels of power in battle. Some Changelings have the ability to change and then divert back into their first form. Some changelings don't. Increases PL by 75% Must Have 500,000 PL

Concealtion- A ability only available to organic life forms. They are able to conceal and reveal their Power levels however they please. This is a useful skill when trying to escape from an enemy. Must have a Power level of atleast 50,000. |
More Attacks will be added onto the list as the we go through more Saga's. Until then, post a profile, and get ready to have fun! All updates are done in Dark Blue.

Description- Jeimuzu wears a Black trenchcoat with his chest showing on the inside of the coat. He wears baggy black pants and Combat Boots. He wears Finger Gloves on his hands and has a large scar running across his forehead. Jeimuzu also has a saiyan tail in which he wraps around himself like a belt. Jeimuzu has a full chest tatoo of a Snake-like Grim Reaper. It is said... that his shadow forms many shadow spirits that watch over him closely....

History- After the destruction of planet Vegeta and Bardocks last stand, a group of underground saiyans fled to a nearby planet. Soon, after 13 years... the saiyan race is now limping. Jeimuzu has lived as the leader of the outcasts, until now. He has been sent to Earth to rid the foul planet of life itself. But, as Jeimuzu lands, he notices the people aren't even harmful. Jeimuzu lies to the King, telling him that Earth is destroyed, but he is lost in space. Jeimuzu now stays on Earth, wandering through wastelands wondering what to do with his new life on Earth.

History-
Tinaki was born on Earth after she was sent here due to her parents being killed. She grew up knowing what she was, and she trained her powers constantly, which explains why she is quite powerful for her age. After a long time of living in the city with her family, the ones who adopted her, she grew up stealing and helping. That explains why she has no preference from helping good or evil, she simply helps whoever is stronger, or benefits her the most.

I'm adding percentages to show exactly how much damage each move does.
Also, Zanzouken is afterimage, the move when they disappear and then re-appear.
Bukujutsu, is a move used to fly, it consumes alot of energy but is an extremely useful move.
Kikou, is a basic energy blast.
Also, the 4 moves are default moves that everyone knows but, you don't exactly have to list them. And everyone starts with 4 moves.
And gaara, this takes place at the beggining of the DBZ series. Broly hasn't been defeated yet. Not to mention there's no New Vegeta considering Vegeta hasn't been wished back yet.
Use my template for an example.

He wears black karate gi pants, and a blue Saiyan armor chest plate. He has a tail and most of the time he has it wrapped around his waist.
Attitude- Courageous
History- Zeke didn't do much as a Saiyan. He has never killed a single person in his life. Infact, he was lucky to have escaped with the rest of the Saiyans when Vegeta got destroyed by a "meteor". He is a Mid-class fighter amongst Saiyans, and because of this, his power exceeds that of Raditz and Kashu, his mentors. Though, as a Saiyan, he appears peaceful and doesn't like to kill other life forms however, his Saiyan comrades laugh at this, and the three of them head towards Earth to change Zeke's ways of thinking.
