Okay... the rumors are true... there are limited spots open for Bloodline making. So it's first come, first serve. So get those Bloodlines in!!

No, technically it's not, that I know of, because he wasn't able to post his Bloodline yet, and the Bloodline for his RPC was considered "dormant". I say let him have it, it's great!
