Well it is up to the staff in the end. Rin send me the template you wrote up. I'll see how it fars up. I had already had a template for him and it is saved on my computer. If you want to play as Shakaku I guess i can't stop you. Still you have to remember that Shakaku Raptor is old and is nearly blind without his Mouchougan. That and he has a Fire Phoenix Nin-pet. you will need a template for Solarflare as well.

EDIT: Okay so I found your template for Shakaku Raptor posted already. I looked it over and have found some holes that need to be filled. It may get passed as a usable template, but not a Raptor leader. Here is what I fhad found wrong:

* You don't say how Shakaku got his Phoenix nin-pet.
* You didn't follow what the clan is in eather your background or description.
* you changed the already set name for his Nin-pet(The name was listed in the above template where it talks about hatching a phoenix).
* I don't think you quite grasp the power of the Phoenix Mouchougan.(It can seal a ninja's chakra forever within their body. Someone in the gase of this Mouchougan carries no secrets with them. All is revealed to the phoenix's gase. A power not ment for an RPC)
* I don't think you quite know what the job of the Clan leaders is.
* There is more however this is enought for now.

your template may have the clan leaders name, he will never have his title.

Ari Phoenix: So you think you would like to be a Raptor now too. Well that's cool We would love to have you. If you need any help feel free to PM me and I'll see what I can do. Think about what your RPC is going to be and I'll sujest the best branch to fit. The following are who from the show mite fit in which branch

Naruto: Hawk

Zabusa: Owl

Rin: It isn't harsh... Just want to make sure you know what you are getting into. The clan leader is resposible for desiding if a raptor becomes a ninja or not. He performs the start of the cerimony he also finishes it by branding the ninja with their bird tattoo. He also has to seal the 3rd level of their "Bird in flight" Jutsu within the body so the chakra doesn't release and kill the young ninja. This is just the start. Raptor leader is not something you just become. If you want to be the Raptor leader you need to know the requirements. Now just anyone becomes leader because they are strong. Oh and try to keep with the story that has already been played out.

Any Raptor ninja's are either going to be older then Kodo or younger and spawn of thouse that may have survived the mission they were sent on. The fact that you chose to hide Shakaku's identity by using dark contacts is good. The fact that he changed his clothes from the usual Raptor Garb was also good. It could explain how he survived for so long. Keep in Mind Shakaku is the leader and until he dies he will always be the leader. That is why he is so old. If the Staff alows you to play the leader then I will help you make the template correct. If not you will have to have someone elts and Shakaku returns to being an NPC.

I'd want to use a Phoenix Type if I could, but less powerful than the skills that they have listed.

Well Ari the Phoenix style is reserved for the clan leader. you have have a Fire type of one of the other styles and still use some of the Phoenix Jutsu. You can always have your nin-bird on fire if you like... I didn't because Airazor isn't alowed to show anything about the clan. Thus why he looks lake a normal Peregrine Falcon with small change in feather paterns.
