This clan seems really powerful when used right, but I'm glad to see sideeffects from using the more powerful stuff.

However, a few things here worry me and AJ.

One is that Jounins can 'stablize' the chakra bleed. I doubt that kind of thing can happen unless they are a medic nin or a Gonin/sannin/kage something that requires perfect chakra use. I would be ok with they could hold it off every now and then, but not for forever and a day.

Another thing, if this clan passes, you had better make sure all members RP the sideeffects accordingly. I can see new members joining this clan, and abusing the power without the consequences.

Finally, it should be a LOT of pain for Genin when they experience chakra bleed (since their chakra pool is underdeveloped), moderate for Chunin, and then slightly painful for the Jounin when they can't hold it in.

The wings don't lose much chakra as a jounin, until there dimissed. Then all that chakra is gone. I'll edit where the bleed still occurs.

It's not really an advance, it's a weaker technique that Allie develops. It doesn't require gates, it's just named the same thing because of the similiar appearance it creates when striking.
