Explanation: A hit has been sent on shinobi Eric Hatake by Itichi Zieg. Reason to believe is treason and a threat to Otogakure. Eliminate him by any means necessary. Bring back the head to show proof. There are reasons to believe Eric Hatake is not the real name. There are pictures of whom this person looks like. Be cautious for he may use a jutsu to change his appearance.
Shinobi Needed: At least three to four shinobi jounin or one to two jounin and one gonin.

Um ballian, I don't think Kages can do missions. Not to mention this means you basically are allying with Sound Village as Suna.

The only time that a Kage will do a Mission is if it's within the Village, like when Sarutobi and two Jounin went to find Orochimaru because of what he was doing. Other than that, they don't do Missions because they have to stay within their Village.

Im pretty sure that Kages can do missions. They just choose not to because they have like a thousand other skilled shinobi that can do it for them.
