Rules of Invasion [Complete]

ok but I can't change it because I didn't create that rule, Lava did and I can't go changing his rules, and it says that those rules don't apply to genin, only my rule applies to them.

Of course if your giving me permission to change Lava's rules than I'll gladly change it because your right it is kinda confusing

However, if an rpc has the ability to destroy a village (not in regards of removing it from the forum, in regards to destroying it, as in laying it to waste IC), it should be their own perogative to do so, this is an rpg after all.

Well that's fine, if you want to destroy all of the buildings and torch the land than that's your choice, as long as shinobi can still reside within the land than there's no problem.

Ok I've decided to leave it as is and not right the procedure for surrender for the following reasons:

1: There are way to many factors to take into account including evacuation of remaining shinobi(injured or otherwise immobile), invasion objectives, policies for POW's etc.

2: I came to the realization that procedure for the surrender of a force to an attacking force should be defined by the leaders of both forces(the Kages) once surrender has been accepted. This way there is still some politics left in the game ^^

So as of now the Rules for Invasion and Occupation are complete unless anybody sees anything wrong with them.

I didnt know how to word that killing rule but is basically means that the rule doesnt mean someone can auto-kill you, but it is possible to be killed. Feel free to reword it and post it in this topic or PM it to me and I'll change the rule up.
