Description: Mew can read surface thoughts, but not of anyone that makes a conscience effort to hide them. He also may probe for deeper thoughts, but this requires his full attention and the target's mind will automatically fight him off. A willing target can lower these natural mental blocks. Mew can telekinetically pick up things as if he had 10 times his natural strength. A living target that gets attack by this will see a rippling occur in the air, so they have a chance of dodging. He also can fly by telekinetically lifting himself. Lastly, he has the ability to astral project himself from just about anywhere. This calls for him to meditate so it can't be used in a combat situation. This is used mostly to save chakra on him and his summoners part. He can communicate with the summoner and others at no chakra cost. He cannot use jutsu like this and it leaves his body defenseless. Additionally, he can constantly read his summoner's mind, even in astral projection form.

Description: How the Nekojin took on a more humanoid form is lost to history, but Mew is indeed the originator of the Daikonran clan. As such, he can freely breath underwater and uses the Kaze Dansu of the highest level. Also he can manipulate wind at will (doing things with it that wind naturally does alone, such as windstorms, strong breezes, etc.).

Description: Mew can form clear or pink bubbles at will, and this has a couple of uses. Firstly, anything thing caught in one will float in mid air within the bubble. The bubble develop almost too slowly to catch someone trying to dodge, so he uses this on falling allies/innocents. These bubbles also cushion anyone falling on top of one. Finally, it protects the person inside of it from one A rank or lower jutsu. It will lessen the damage dealt by an S ranked jutsu. As a major note, only Mew can control the bubble's direction and anyone inside cannot attack without bursting the bubble first.

Description: Pulling on the chaos the he was born from, Mew pulls a random jutsu from thin air and performs it. He still uses the same amount of chakra that's normally need, and any materials that may be used. He can not randomly generate any bloodline jutsu or kinjutsu. The exceptions are the following; Daikonran Bloodline Jutsu, any kinjutsu it's summoner has, and any none bloodline limit wind kinjutsu.

Due to concerns of the randomness of this jutsu, I will explain how I will choose the jutsu. I will roll a 20 sided dice, then take the number and choose the corresponding letter. I will choose the first jutsu that comes to mind starting with that letter.
Name: Transform

Description: This jutsu is used to tranform into Mew's Nekojin, Human, and opponent copied forms. In his Nekojin and Human forms, he appears as a man in his late 20s, just the human lacks his tail and cat ears. In order to use his opponent's copied form, he must make physical and eye contact simultaneously. Afterwards, he turns into his opponent for a full 3 posts. He can utilize any jutsu they know, and his own jutsu are locked in the meanwhile. He doesn't gain any of the opponent's knowledge so he must depend on his own skill to use the copied form to it's fullest potential. He cannot use any SAs that involve an outside power source (that is to say, power bestowed on the person).
Background: Not much is known about his history, those few that have been fortunate by Mew aren't ever told much. All they know is that originally there where alot more of what he and his brothers are and that they are the last living of their original race. Somehow their influence cause the Nekojin to come into existance. Most scholars believe Mew and his brothers Purr and Hiss to be dead, but they are only sleeping. They are guarded by tengu (humaniod birds), that will most likely attack if one's sleeping place is disturbed. They only attack those looking on purpose, many have passed by Mew's lake without even knowing he was at the bottom of it.
Summoning Requirements: Oddly enough, his current summoner isn't a nekojin at all. He is powerful Jounin Swordsman that you must face in combat. It is totally Mew's choice to allow you to summon him, but he uses his friend to test your abilities and his telepathy to read your intentions. If he sense they are good intentions, he will join you. It is still preferred you win the battle, or at least impress the man. When Caleb gets this summon, you'll have to fight him or the wondering swordmen. Hmm, Dunno if this helps but no bloodlines for Summons. Yes yes, I know it is a race, but when a race is also a clan trait to do something such as control wind, then it can not be accepted. _________________
