Well, I figure the immobile part characterizes your run-of-the-mill puppet master. The guys on the show most certiantly aren't "run-of-the-mill", heh. In terms of our RP here, Naruto as a Gennin has a strength of "Lots of Chakra" rating somewhere around "Ludicrous", heh.
As for my puppet master, I've decided Kenkara will be it. Works out well anyways, with his paper-tough body.

True, true...but, as always, he had the "important character" home-field advantage, which, despite maybe being average otherwise. He's allowed ot bend the rules a little, heh I'll have to go review my manga, but I don't recall him using more than one until the fight with body-absorbtion-dude (terrible with names), and that was a combination type, so that may throw the numbers off.
I don't know if it's worth mentioning, but Granny Chiyo and Sasori didn't move throughout much of their battle, and when they did, they were only using one or two puppets.
