OOC:This is for me, and my fellow exam passer. Though I'm guessing he is waiting till morning, so I'll do a quick training. Post 1 for C-ranked jutsu.

Name: Kage Kaze no jutsu(Shadow Wind Technique)
Type: Ninjutsu

Requirements: Vampire Bloodline-Adept level, Wind Element, Wind based Ninjutsu
Description: The user channels the chakra from the bloodline around them as they chant their wishings to the wind. The wind turns black as it swirls around them and then becoming useable with any wind jutsu, dealing a bit more force than they previously did, adding a small bit of Chakra Drain damage to the jutsu.
Shizuka was alone on the sands outside of Suna, in the night, up on the dunes, looking at the stars, her dark hair hidden by the shadows of the night, and her mind on her own self, she wouldn't have the time needed to train her bloodline when with her Partner, so she had to do so late at night. She felt the things inside her heart, telling her of a power in her blood that she could use to gain more power in her wind. "I must start this quickly." She muttered as she felt the power inside her, gathering itself. Shizuka started chanting to the winds on the dune, the moon large in the sky, as her voice raised in level. It didn't sound like any language that had been heard in ages, but her blood was calling out the words. She felt the winds spiraling around her, and the chakra covering it. she could almost hear it's voice amongst her chanting. She thought of how this was working, how different it was from a normal jutsu, but at the same time, how interesting it seemed to be. "Oh dark winds, come to me, and release this melody" She stated in the chant, her voice matching the notes of a song, as she felt the dark wind embracing her, and her power increasing as she did it. Her eyes began to glow crimson blood red as she did this, though she did not notice. Shizuka's Chanting got louder, as she felt it getting clearer to her, and embedding it into her own mind, making it there for her when she needed it, she felt the wind darken, as it became like shadow. She watched the wind around her, and felt the power that it held, it was simular to all wind she had used, but at the same time, it was dark and familiar to what she had become. The chanting seemed to come at the rate of a song, but she kept still as she did it. That was something that her blood was telling her was important about this technique. The Vampiress felt the powers growing around her, and heard the whispers of the wind. She felt its desire to serve her. She continued her chanting, which now seemed to be a thanks to it, for combining with the powers in her to become her temporary servant, as it wrapped around her firmly, she drew her Sword Fan in giant fan form. The night sky twinkling, but she needed to unleash this wind so that she could see her mastery of it.
She started channeling it into her fan, for she knew the jutsu she wanted to test it with, her favorite for taking down crowds.
She smiled. Shizuka raised the fan as she prepared the jutsu she would use this wind for, feeling the chakra and wind flow into the fan, she then drew in breath "Dai Kamiatache no Jutsu!" She exclaimed as she sent the dark wind flying in the great cutting wind attack, descimating a nearby sand dune. She noticed something strange about the effect, it was slightly stronger, but there was more to it.
She studied the effect again, before thinking of it. it wasn't just damage, it did something more, she was certain of it, but she had no way of checking, so she dispelled the wind. One check to see how it would work again. Shizuka chanted up the Shadow wind again, this time, as she finished the chant, she declared "Kage Kaze no Jutsu!" As the wind surrounded her, and she drew her razor fans this time.
Finally, she started channeling chakra into the twin razor fans, as she felt the wind once again take hold, she started one, and then started the other as she let off a burst of wind from each, in a barrage formation, noticing too, that this now had an added affect, that she couldn't put her fingers on.
She understood how to do the jutsu, but could only tell that she had gotten something out of it, besides knowledge, something from using it. Though she would meditate on this when she got some time to herself, as the sky was begining to lighten, and she had someone to meet at the gates.

IC: After stopping off to grab some breakfast Noah was walking through the streets of the village as the sun was coming up well today should be interesting to say the least, I've never really worked with a partner before I hope I don't screw it up or slow her down....I guess all I can do is try my best. Realizing as he watched the sun rise over the desert that he was going to be late for his first meeting with his new partner and he didn't want to make a bad first impression.
One week to prepare for the next exam huh? Well that gives me some time to train a couple of jutsu that I've been meaning to learn but any way I look at it I wont have much time to rest this week.
Arriving at the gates he exited the village and spotted the girl not to far away and approached her "good morning, sorry if I'm a little late. The dark haired kunoichi returned the bow "Shizuka" she replied, looking rather hungry, but not doing anything to show that she was or wasn't. Her hair was showing the crimson tones underneath from the sun hitting it, and her Red eyes seemed to be searching him. After a few minutes, she spoke again.
"So, Itichi-san, we have a week, and we need to get started, tell me, what you would suggest, since your rank is higher than mine, about what we should do to prepare." she suggested. IC: "Hmm now that's a good question, this week is as much about team work as it is about training so we have to really learn to trust one another to an extent. But seeing as how we don't know each other to learn that in one week will be a real challenge" he said realizing that he never really answered the girls question and took a second to think. "Ok well first off we aren't familiar with each others fighting styles so right now I couldn't begin to suggest improvements, so how about a little sparring session to start things off, nothing too heavy but enough for us to learn how the other moves. Shizuka looked resigned to it, but drew her fan sword, she couldn't use her transformation techniques, but she could use her wind techniques if needed. She opened it in sword mode, so that she could match him blade strike to blade strike, as she ran and attempted to slash him, going for the strike from the upper right hand side, using her small frame, and quick movement to allow her to try to catch him off gaurd with it.
She only hoped that she would prove well enough to be his partner for this exam. She didn't want to fail, but she also would not hold back, with exception of her bloodline.
