First of all, the rule is you cannot buy Kinjutsu. I've heard nothing about Bloodline jutsu. Second of all I've been told it does count towards you maximium. I need this cleared myself, since i have a large amount for Allie to learn. Oh yeah, the weapon itself only gains powers if you learn jutsu for it.

We've already had this discussion before-hand with another RPC. You CANNOT buy Bloodline/Clan Jutsus! And Bloodline/Clan (Bloodline specific) Jutsus do NOT count towards Jutsu count, unless it's been changed which I'm not aware of.

WTF guys. The only thing you can't buy is kinjutsu. And bloodline jutsus count towards the total. They only don't in special cases (with Syra's bloodline being the only one)

Seriously, I'be bought Bloodline jutsus before and I was always tokld they count towards your maximum, anyway, I removed all my jutsus except basics, and I'll lower her down to A-Rank.
