Akatsonu looks as if he's right about his age, he has messy brown hair and very dark brown eye's, they would seem as if they are black, he also has a scar just above his left eye due to an accident when he was a child. He wears a traditional shinobi garments with two armbands that have the symbol of mist on them. His robe on the back has an odd symbol similar to that of a oni mask which is very odd. Most of the time though on the battle field he has been seen wearing a tattered cloak , mostly used for surprise attacks when the opponent get's to lose he reveals hidden blades in his cloak or blades attached to his armbands.

Description: This jutsu operates on the principle of "the hand is quicker than the eye", a phrase the user will often say just before activating it. It delays the target's sensory perceptions by one second, making it seem as though time has paused. The pause is only one second long, so it seems as though it never really happened. The user will then continue the battle, but the opponent will think the user is one place, while they were there a full second before. This allows the user to usually get in two or three hits before the target becomes aware of the delay. After this the target might realize it is Genjutsu and use Genjutsu Kai, or they might not realize it and just try to anticipate one second in advance

Suirou no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes water to imprison an opponent. The ninja forms the necessary hand seals which causes the water to form around the target into a spherical prison which only allows for limited movement. The ninja must keep their body touching the water prison to maintain its existence. If the contact is broken, the water falls away and their target is released. When combined with a bunshin technique, the ninja can imprison their target but still allow for a clone to attack others nearby.

Background:
Born in the country of Kirigukare he considered it to be a blessing to be a part of the land which would be called the village hidden in the mist. He was adopted by a family of aristocrats and he was not interested in ther emoney or luxeries, he wante dto become a shinobi and learn the art of jutsu. He enrolled in the ninja academy at the age of eight years old, he was one of the oldest. He was in a class with many other talented students. They all had something he lacked which was natural talent, many of them hade it the natural talent the Uchihas the Hatake's Hyuuga's, so on and so forth, he did not hate them though, he mereley envyed them, so he began using weapons and learning water jutsu which were really the only jutsu which interested him, he would quickly begin to impress all of the other students in the class and even the teachers. He was always afterwards a good shinobi although he had a bit of trouble with authority and following orders, he always did everything his way and was going to show people that this was just as good as the basics. He would always have a curt reply or a sense of sarcasm to anything someone said although he could be very kind at times. The only person he really hung out with were few seeing as she was kind and calm kind of like the opposite of Akatsonu. He was always bragging about his skills with a blade and that made him the number one bragger in Kirigukare he loved being as strong as he was, although he knew there were those stronger and he wasn't the most powerful although he was up there with them (or he thought so at least). He would achieve his goals no matter what the cost he would later become a Genin and one step closer to proving himself as a member of the mist defecting from his family of aristocrats and learning the jutsu of his village.

Katana is considered a Chuunin weapon. It's lesser form, the Wakizashi is a genin weapon.

Genin can't have "very high" strengths. It can be "good" for now. Also, please use the jutsu forms and descriptions provided in the library.

As your element is Water, I would suggest Kirigakure as there are many water users there that can help you learn faster. Just a suggestion, not a change.

Oh, silly me, can't believe I forgot to say that. We don't have the Fuuma clan on here. Must be because it does not have enough special techniques or story in the show (it was only mentioned in a filler arc).
