Description: This tunes a Nekojin into their bloodline more strongly. It makes them have Kage Level elemental control and they recieve this jutsu for the appropriate element;

Requirements: Member of Approprate House, element control
Description: This allows you to cancel ninjutsu that uses the same element you can control. B ranks and below are neutralized, A and above have thier power cut by an amount that depends on the chakra put into this jutsu. This cannot totally neutralize an B ranked kinjutsu however. This is a little exhausting against B ranks if used alot, and A ranks and above are really exhausting. C and below are easily countered with little exhaustion. |
The fighting style of the person's clan also grows in power. It acts as a gateway to other skills and different effects depending on sub clan. Daikonran; Speed and Agility increase greatly, chakra doesn't bottom out while in this mode. Churitsu; Immunity to Poisons, Stamina increase, and heatlh moderately regenerates. Hortisu; Strength and Physical Defense greatly increase. Certian physical attributes may appear more apparent, or the nekojin may develop an aura. The physical appearance depends on the user. This form may only be entered once a week (IC week, which may be longer than an actual one). Any elemental release that isn't the clan release will be unusable in this form. You may learn an appropriate elemental jutsu, a clan jutsu, or one that your contracted ancestor has for each jutsu you can't use. These still have to be learned as normal and are only usable while transformed. You can also learn there jutsu in normal slots, but you can only use them while transformed.

Yea, theres only three branches. But the bloodline jutsu Awseru (sp?) allows a nekojin to take an addition element. It gives them control of it, albeit weaker than their primary one. In this cause it won't matter because it only gives them the one from their normal alignment

Well, in my Jutsu, you would synch and gain the knowledge of all the other Sennin before you. This jutsu is the same thing, for oen of the families. In Sage Mode, you would gain an extraordinary amount of strength and this jutsu is the same thing.
Not to mention, the names are the same.
I would accept this jutsu except for the fact that each Family has a different ability....All they way, his jutsu copies mine including the fact that this technique turns the user into a cat-like image. Mine turns me into a turtle-like image...Besides, me and AJ already came up with a great plot towards that jutsu.
