Member Approvals and Blacklists

NRC now allows members to contribute to approving profiles! Instead of a staff member approving a profile, if 5 members approve the profile it will be approved.

After the 5 members approve the profile the final of the 5 must PM a staff member so they can move it for you, and review the member approvals to make sure they are fair and not multiple accounts.

Approval Blacklist:
^{Members listed below are not allowed to post in templates due to an infraction of the rules and/or useless and/or biased approvals/denies and spam.}

^{Members given in black are those who abuse the ability to post in other's applications. They are not allowed to use the member approval system and are on probation for posting in other's applications. If they continue abusing the system, they will be turned into red level.}

^{Members given in red are those that heavily abuse the member approval system. They are not allowed to post in anyone's applications (besides their own) under the punishment of having one of their applications in the "post X" sections rejected randomly with each post}

^{Members given the white color, can not post in any applications, nor can they make their own applications for jutsu profiles or weapons. If posted they will be automatically rejected.}
