Pokemon stopped being good after Silver/Gold.
The new pokemon are all jokes, and it's the EXACT SAME DAMN GAME EACH TIME.
Talk to professor, get starter, get pokedex, get badges, battle criminal organization, battle elite four.

Ok, how many things are different in FPS games? It's all the same gameplay. At least Pokemon has the excuse of being just one series.
