Chakra no Mesu [Chakra Scalpel]

Description: This ninjutsu technique is used primarily for field surgery. The ninja concentrates a powerful aura of chakra around their hand, creating a blade capable of tearing through muscles and arteries, or breaking bone, without actually breaking the skin of the person they're using it on.

Requirements: Good Chakra Control, Taijutsu/Ninjutsu Specialty, Shunshin or Shunpo, Taught by Chiisuchianu
Description: A technique that combines both taijutsu and ninjutsu into the perfect fusion. By concentrating high-pressure chakra energy around the body the user’s speed and strength both increase exponentially, gaining a glowing appearance of energy around the user’s body. It also allows the user to fire their chakra at opponents like a blast since there is so much chakra around the user’s body waiting to be released. It can also be used to instantly neutralize an opponent's movement by stopping or reversing their flow of chakra with one’s own energy.

NOTE: The amount of chakra used for this technique varies by how much the user increases their speed and strength as well as how large of chakra blasts are fired.

Description: This technique is more of an ability. The user has control over the surrounding wind. The greater the user’s power, the greater the control they have. Genin level can detect things through air currents, as well as control surrounding wind. Chuunin level can control the wind to intercept an attack or launch at a person or object. Jounin level can greatly increase jumping distance and maneuver themselves midair or break their fall. Their control also increases allowing them to make sharp piercing or slashing attacks and more powerful interceptions respectively with each rank. Gonin/Kage have complete mastery and can make the wind do almost anything (within reason).

Konoha Senpuu [Leaf Spinning Wind]
Rank: C
Requirements: None
Description: This taijutsu attack uses a combination of speed, strength, and the element of surprise. It is a perfect move to link up with other aerial attacks. For this taijutsu, the ninja first disappears using a really fast movement. The opponent, obviously, is totally confused. However, seconds later, the attacking shinobi appears just below their opponent, and by raising his dominant leg, kicks the enemy right on the chin. This would send the victim flying up into the air. The attacker can then proceed with an even more devastating follow-up attack. Leaf spinning wind is very hard to dodge, since the movement is so fast the opponent won't probably know about the attack until he gets kicked and is already high up in the air.

Description: An attack which on its own does pretty much nothing yet can inflict great damage when in combination with other jutsus. This jutsu is an aerial set-up, meaning the enemy has to be in the air for it to fully function. Once in the air, the shinobi positions himself just below the opponent while in the air. Thus, the ninja becomes their opponent's shadow, leaving the opponent unable to escape from a follow-up attack.

Kage Bunshin no Jutsu [Shadow Clone Technique]

Description: Being a forbidden and advanced ninjutsu, only a few people know this technique perfectly. It is similar to the Bunshin no Jutsu since the main function is to create clones. However, Kage Bunshin no Jutsu doesn't create mere illusion clones. This jutsu can create clones that are real, and can deal physical damage. They disappear after being hit by an attack.

Chiisuchianu had to focus on his Medical Ninjutsu once more. He had heard to rumors of an upcoming war with Konoha and Kiri against Oto, Suna, and Iwa. He figured he could make better use of himself during the war if he knew more medical techniques. After all, all he really knew in terms of medical techniques were the sheer basics. He would have to do much better than that to be an important piece in the war to come. He was a medical ninja and his job to come would be the healing of all the injured Shinobi on the battlefield. He kept this in mind as a strong driving force behind his training. He usually didnt train in things other than taijutsu unless they really intrested him since he was so lazy, but he had to do this to protect the people.

Chiisuchianu had already been working on the Chakra Scalpel technique for a while and figured it was time for him to get down to buisness and perfect it. He started with some basic excersizes of his chakra to get the abilitying going again in his head. It would allow him to break bone and make precise incisions, thus allowing him to preform surgery on himself and fellow injured ninjas quickly and relativly easily. Chiisuchianu started out by bringing the chakra to his hands. He felt them grow warm with the soothing sensation of his chakra flowing about. But this technique would be different for him, he would have to focus the chakra in his palm to become sharp, sharper than that of a razor in order to pierce even bone.

Chiisuchianu began to flex and work the chakra like dough, getting a good feel for it in his hands, forming it and shaping it to excersize its manipulative properites and see its potential. Chiisuchianu found this to be an easy way to help him learn medical techniques faster. If he got a good understanding for his chakra flow in his hands and palms then he could decipher the secrets to certain techniques much faster than if he could using a simple trial and error method since this excersize gave him a general idea of what he was doing and getting himself into. Chiisuchianu continued to work the chakra in his hands feeling it for what he thought to be the last time before he started sharpening it.

Now that he had a great feel for his chakra it would be much easier for him to sharpen it and create a scalpel like effect with his chakra. Chiisuchianu focused hard on his chakra in his palms and the chakra began to get an edge to it, like that of a serated blade or knife, he was pretty good at molding his chakra so this came fairly easy to him. Chiisuchianu figured that now he would test its abilities out on something, some object around the room of his house. Chiisuchianu looked over at his trashcan and noticed that he was throwing out a chair that had been broken by a big fat guest sitting on it. Chiisuchianu walked over to this and gave one of the legs a sweep with his hand... it stuck, his blade was not sharp enough.

Chiisuchianu knew that he had sharpened his chakra really well, so he figured there had to be something else wrong with the chakra and the way he was focusing it that could make it even sharper. Thinking of things and objects that were sharper than usual because of some external component or action they made Chiisuchianu thought to himself of the rotation of blades like a chainsaw. Perfect he thought, if I can get my chakra to focus and rotate at a steady rate I can probably get it to slice through anything, even bone. But this would be no easy task Chiisuchianu knew that he would have to focus his chakra just right to make sure that the rotation didnt sacrifice the precision of his cut.

Chiisuchianu focused once more on the chakra in his hand and sharpening it he added a rotation effect in a round about motion like that of a chainsaw. Once more Chiisuchianu approached the leg of the chair that was in his trashcan, this time he picked the thickest and sturdiest spot on the chairleg. Sweeping his hand across it in a slicing motion Chiisuchianu felt the chakra blade rip right through to leg of the chair as clean as butter. Judgeing by how easy it was for his hand to slip through the leg of the chair and lop it off Chiisuchianu figured it would be strong enough to do that of bone. Chiisuchianu finished up by practicing the jutsu on a fish in his Zen Garden's pond, making incisions to help the injured fish and reseting one of its bones that had broken and set wrong making it swim to the right. He had done it, the jutsu was done.

Chiisuchianu was bored, and his lazyness was getting the best of him about now. Chiisuchianu had to do something to ward of the mundane boringness of learning the medical jutsu. Infact Chiisuchianu had just the thing, it would be a good break for him in his rigorous training schedule. Yes, indeed it was more training, but it was something he enjoyed thuroughly, taijutsu. This wasnt just any taijutsu though, it was something he had been cooking up in his head for a long time. He had felt the advantages his bloodline had supplied him in the area of using certain fast paced taijutsu like the shunpo and he had always understood the ability of augmenting one's taijutsu with chakra to make it stronger. Here and now he would train the perfect fusion of the two... he called it Shunkō.

Chiisuchianu knew this would be no easy task, but with a little bit of work he would get it done. This technique could not be trained just anywhere, no Chiisuchianu would have to take this under his house, to his secret training area. It was here that he had done any research and planning of new and more powerful jutsu and this was no exception. He couldnt risk anyone watching him because he wanted this jutsu to be his secret... a powerful technique that no one would know about unless Chiisuchianu's life was in danger. Chiisuchianu began the training pouring large amounts of chakra throughout his body, but careful to control the chakra so as not to waste it. He felt his power and strength grow as it would normally with this process, but that wasnt what he was looking for...

Chiisuchianu knew that if this technique was to work the way he had wanted it to in his mind he would have to have the most precise control over his chakra focusing it on every inch of his body down to the cellular level if he had to. Only then could he truely utilize the full potential of the jutsu he would dubb the Shunkō. Chiisuchianu was immenating with the most intense amount of chakra he ever had before, the white glow of his oddly white chakra pouring fourth throughout his body, he caught himself wasting some if it. It was leaking out now as he was not maintaining it and keeping it surging throughout his body. Chiisuchianu caught himself here and quickly focused once more on the chakra in his body, pulling it closer, tighter and tighter.
