Background:
Ryozo was born from the Ronin family, his family enrolled him to a breakdancing class when he was on the age of 3, the teachers had a hard time to teach him all the movements, but it was success, he mastered most of the movements like "Helicopter", "Air flare" he mastered most but not all, his father then enrolled him on a capoeira school, the breakdancing type, he was taught there to use breakdance moves as attacks to beat his enemies.
He finished breakdancing school when he was 9 years old, because of his knowledge of breakdance moves, he finished capoeira school very easily, he finished it when he was 11 years old, and by that age, he enrolled at the academy school.
Academy Student Background:
Ryozo finally passed the gate exam going to be a ninja, he didn't met anyone because he had no friends, but instead he practiced breakdance attacks and breakdancing moves, some bullies saw him and challenged him to a breakdance fight, of course, Ryozo won, the bullies then decided to pick on Ryozo until he graduated to genin, the bullies fought with him but still Ryozo won, thanks to the breakdance attacks he learned on breakdancing school and capoeira school.

True, but it was only for a short amount of time. Besides, the description was based off of Jiraiya's clothing. Everything else was different. I mean, is Jiraiya a black guy? No, that makes a completely different appeal. Plus, Jikota had Sand village based clothing combined with Jiraiya clothing during that time. So, it was VERY different.

Just a few problems. Here

If he breakdances then how exactly does he have low endurance? All breakdancers (and I do mean all) have exceptional endurance. That is if you fight with it. There are noobs that get tired after one move so bleh.
Weak against poison elements? What is that? Everyone is weak against poison. Might as well take that off. Bad sense of smell does no real good though I guess it can pass and sensitive hearing is more of a strength than weakness, given the situations.
