Kinjutsu Training

OOC: Well I did read the rule, thank you, and I plan on asking permission for the other jutsu, but this topic was started and almost finished before the rule so I dont see how it applies for this particular jutsu training... because lets say I didnt get permission from a mod, then all the work I did would be for nothing and it would be unfair because I did the work before the rule which means that I thought I could still learn it.
