Yubo isen't a really tall boy. He is rather short but he is not fat. He har black hair that points everywhere. From underneath that black curtain, 2 bright purple eyes stare at his opponents.
He walks around in a black cloak with a crimson, Sasuke curse mark like pattern all over it. The cloak has no hood, but it does have a cape that reaches to about an inch above the ground. Yubo has crimson red gloves and sandals.

Henge no Jutsu [Transformation Technique]

Description: Henge is the basic skill a ninja must know to become a Gennin. It's mostly used as a decoy, to confuse the opponent by transforming into somebody that's an ally with the enemy, and then attack from the back when he's not expecting it. This technique can easily be combined with other jutsus for a more powerful effect, such as with Kage Bunshin no Jutsu [Shadow Clone Technique].
Kawarimi no Jutsu [Body Switch Technique]

Requirements: None
Description: Kawarimi is a widely used and very famous skill among shinobi. The user uses speed to their advantage, and grabs an item from the environment and places it on his/her current position while moving out of the way. This is clearly an evasion technique used to dodge attacks; however it can be linked with other jutsus or attacks to create massive damage if done properly.

Description: A taijutsu technique where the ninja palm strikes their enemy, hurling them away. With impressive strength, this technique could be quite devastating. This move is capable of knocking an opponent approximately 30-40 feet back.

Requirements: Learned From A Gennin Sensei
Description: The user concentrates onto the soles of their feet and coats them with a layer of chakra. Once this is done, the user will then be able to walk up any tree like they are walking up a regular foot path.
Konoha Senpuu [Leaf Spinning Wind]
Rank: C
Requirements: None
Description: This taijutsu attack uses a combination of speed, strength, and the element of surprise. It is a perfect move to link up with other aerial attacks. For this taijutsu, the ninja first disappears using a really fast movement. The opponent, obviously, is totally confused. However, seconds later, the attacking shinobi appears just below their opponent, and by raising his dominant leg, kicks the enemy right on the chin. This would send the victim flying up into the air. The attacker can then proceed with an even more devastating follow-up attack. Leaf spinning wind is very hard to dodge, since the movement is so fast the opponent won't probably know about the attack until he gets kicked and is already high up in the air.
Kage Buyou [Leaf Shadow Dance]

Requirements: Konoha Senpuu [Leaf Spinning Wind]
Description: An attack which on its own does pretty much nothing yet can inflict great damage when in combination with other jutsus. This jutsu is an aerial set-up, meaning the enemy has to be in the air for it to fully function. Once in the air, the shinobi positions himself just below the opponent while in the air. Thus, the ninja becomes their opponent's shadow, leaving the opponent unable to escape from a follow-up attack.

Requirement: Konoha Senpuu [Leaf Spinning Wind] / Kage Konoha Buyou [Shadow Leaf Dance]
Description: A Taijutsu technique following the Kage Konoha Buyou [Shadow Leaf Dance], putting both the ninja and their opponent in the air, giving the attacking ninja the advantage. Four separate blows are delivered: a roundhouse kick, followed by a powerful backhand blow, followed by a driving blow to propel them towards the ground faster, and finishing with a hard-hitting axe kick into the ground, reinforcing the blow. This technique puts a great deal of strain on the user's body, which is why it is concluded that it is not a technique one could come to rely on

Description: A ninjutsu technique that momentarily turns the user invisible, and allows them a quick escape if need be. The user however can still be smelled or heard by the opponent.
Oboro Bunshin no Jutsu [Mist Clone Technique]

Requirements: None
Description: This is a Ninjutsu technique similar to Bunshin no Jutsu [Clone Technique], for these clones cannot attack by themselves. Whether or not they are made out of mist is hard to tell, but they are immaterial and will disperse when attacked.

Background:
Yubo is a rather normal kid. His youth was like those of many other ninja. Attend to the academy, graduate at a normal age, become a genin. Not much special about what Yubo has gone through when he was a little kid.
In his genin period though he got facinated by the destructive capabilities of taijutsu and ninjutsu. He learned the pro's and cons of his chakra, and decided to learn to use it in combination with powerfull close combat to achieve total destruction. Yubo proves to often lose himself in battle and go a little overboard. He is very confident in his own skills and goes on a rampage to destroy his opponent and everything that gets in his way. Luckily Yubo is still a genin and is small powers cannot inflict much damage yet.

Ok, here's what's wrong:
1. Your "Race" is what ethnic background you are (American, Japanese, African American, etc.).
2. Your "Ethnicity" is what Country you're from. Being from Otogakure no Sato (Village Hidden in the Sound), you're more than likely going to be from "Ta no Kuni (Rice Field Country)".
3. Need more strengths and weaknesses.
4. The Jutsus you start off with are "Bunshin no Jutsu", "Henge no Jutsu", and "Kawarimi no Jutsu".
5. Need a "Main/Favored Weapon". Well, you don't have to have one, but just put down what you'll be using the most.
That's all I can see.
