Name of Organization: Sky Wolves
Village: Iwagakure, Kirigakure, Konohagakure
Requirements: Chuunin or Trained personally by Tamotsu
Appearance: Outfit idea in the picture.
Description & Goals: The SkyWolves was an idea created by Inuzuka Tamotsu to be a mobile ANBU Unit in Konohagakure while he was a Jounin. After becoming the Hokage, he disbanded the idea. After going missing, he revived the idea for a new purpose. He uses the group as a means of tracking down criminals and other missing-nin in the name of his allied Countries. The group solely means to foster peace and prevent criminals from harming innocents.

I see... The only way Hanibi can join is by rejoining Konoha or Iwagakure.
