Given the arguments and then newly developed Hypothesizes of The light Element and the use of Plasma Element and contested arguments over these jutsus, It is safe to say that these Jutsus can be implemented or rather will be implemented. Any further complaints about these jutsus can be brought to the Staff Room. I have deemed these Acceptable.

However, if someone has the user in their sight but isn't looking at him/her, it will only disrupt their vision for two posts and cause light pain to the eyes, and will not affect doujutsu.

So Completely healing everyone you know that are in a fight+ the ones that are dead being revived and then completely healed within 5 seconds and no chakra to be used or hand seals? I'm tired of this shit. Any reason you could come up with reject this either doesn't make sense, is completely irrelevant or was proved by me to be false. Let's play the card that normally shouldn't matter but should be just fine for retards like you.
It is being denied by: Ballian, who looks for a any opportunity to be an ass and who hates me; Kaeor, who is known for backstabbing and wanting to rip me of light jutsus; Minato, who said, I quote: "I don't care about this", but whom I apparently offended somehow as he produced some furious ranting after a compliment from me.
It was approved by an admin. It was going to be approved by head global moderator. It was deemed approvable by at least one other moderator. The rest didn't say anything, but I think they would by now if they had valid arguments against this.
What I'm saying is, it's 3 worthless votes against 3 worthy and a lot who apparently have taken the side of this being approvable.
P.S. If you don't care about moderating stuff, why hog the position? There are people more worthy of it.

How is the speed of light relevant here at all? This is plasma. Strike one. And when I say high speed, I take the speed of Goukakyu (as the most commonly used jutsu in the series) as average. Defensive techniques are lowly effective because fire beats wind, lightning beats earth, and together they beat water, as lightning stands on equal with it and fire adds a little more power.

I thought you said you were 21, so I assumed you studied basic physics and anatomy in school. I'll break this up for you: intense light screws eyes up. Doujutsu makes eyes super-sensitive. Need I say more? I guess I do. I'll break this up for you some more: how do you use eye-based technique when your vision is temporarily very screwed? You don't. And if you have super-sensitive eyes when flashed by something that makes people with ordinary eyes temporarily lose sight, you could very well lose it forever. So this jutsu is weaker than it actually should be.
And since all that can be figured out if you have school education, a little common sense and one minute to think about, strike two and a half. Yeah, it's totally stupid not to be able to do that, but I'm being compassionate here.

Actually, it should be just the speed of light, so it's 5 times less powerful than it should be. Also, it does the damage on the scale of an E-D rank jutsu. A 1 millimeter hole in your arm isn't going to hinder you, and neither will UV-burns.
Just like with flash, it doesn't take much to realize what I just explained. Strike three.

I see how this may confuse someone of your intelligence. However, it is an A-rank jutsu, they are supposed to be quite strong. I'll break this up, yet again, for you: this clone works like an auto-turret that can move around. You load with chakra for ammunition, and you must spend some for the creation process as well. Then it will run around, firing ninjutsu when you need it. Simple as that, and perfectly fine for A-rank

I've already explained this a million times. It negates all chakra-using techniques. But that would put a ninjutsu/genjutsu user at an awful disadvantage against a taijutsu user, so the jutsu would have many more downsides than bonuses (actually, it will only have downsides). So to make it at least balanced and maybe a bit beneficial, I allowed light jutsus to still be used. It's A-rank, not B-negative.

It's A rank. And thanks to Lava, I don't have to go into detailed explanations about how it's balanced, woot!. It's the same as his "through fire and flames" jutsu for the cardboard box, only it works without the box and on more targets. But just in case you're too limited, it prevents anyone from fighting and getting hurt. It puts you and your opponent in equal positions.

It's just a bit stronger than medical ninjutsu. It might come as a shock to you, but medical ninjutsu can heal large wound within minutes, extract poison through skin and stuff. If you manage to do it in time, I'm pretty sure medical ninjutsu can cure any poison or disease.

*applauds* You definitely know how to type at least one word, that's an accomplishment.
Let me break this up for you. The basis for this jutsu is healing. At A-rank, it's stronger than common medic techniques, so at S-rank kin, you do the math. But that would be just enough to heal up people's wounds. So, it takes the energy of three years of one's life and converts it into chakra, to power up medical ninjutsu (in case one body got trashed really bad) and to pull back the dead soul into the restored body (notice the three hour limit?)
This is actually less than equal trade. Rest a day, and your full chakra will be back. Get treated by a med-nin for a few days, and all your injuries will be gone without a trace. The user trades 3 years of his life however, and mind you, the three years during which he could be resting and healing people. Restoring a dead body is the same (who said you can't heal a dead body?) Rebuilding one from scratch is the next level, but look at Orochimaru's experiments, and he wasn't using any S-rank kinjutsu or giving up three years of life to make them. The energy to pull back a soul is a tricky thing, but the time limit is 3 hours, which is less than 1/8000th of 3 years. So I think it's at the very very very least perfectly balanced.

EDIT: Oh yeah, I just remembered. All of these jutsus were already explained twice in the same format as above, many times more in depth each separate one, and can you believe it? I even explained them to you over MSN, or at least I was until you said "I don't care". That alone goes for good seven strikes...
