OOC: This Jutsu is one that Mizuho asked me to post for him. He also approved of me to make changes to it, and here's the final one.

Name: Aqua Disc Jutsu
Type: Ninjutsu
Rank: C-S
Requirements: Must have at least above average Chakra Control, at least a small amount of water.
Description: The user forms a disc in his hand of sold water capable of cutting through things, although the Rank controls the power. This technique can be used at lower levels with fairly little or no water, and at higher levels the disc is larger.

Genin: Small disc; can deal shuriken damage; can't control; requires a little bit of water
Chuunin: Average disc; deals damage of a larger shuriken or even a sword; some control; requires some water water.
Jounin: Medium disc; a lot of control; requires more to little water.
Gonin/Kage: Large disc; capable of cutting trees down; requires medium-no amount of water; excellent control.

Note: Depending on which rank you learn it at is also the rank of the Jutsu:
Genin= C
Chuunin= B
Jounin= A
Gonin/Kage= S

I know but its better for him to just make 5 different jutsus for the different elements now rather than someone come back and do it. I was only suggesting that he could possibly do it if he wanted Air.

heh i just wanted this jutsu since my rpc is a water specialist.oh yeah and kat,the jutsu gets stronger if u rank up,like if u learn it at genin and u rank up to chuunin the jutsus strength goes up but u do not need to relearn it.

katsuga said it stays the same rank in his note,when i sent it to him i meant that the jutsu does go up in rank u just dont have to relearn it.
