Appearance: Normally wears a long sleeved, grey shirt which a striking red Sand Village symbol. He also wears the basic headband and black pants. He wears large round glasses which make him look intelligent, and he wears armor all down his left leg. His left eye is grey for an unknown reason. He wears his hair with spikes out to one side and on the top. He has a wicked scar across his arm.

Background: A little known family. His father is named Shuuha Niketsu, who currently runs a convenience store which gets steady income. He did not support Emono's dream to become a ninja, fearing he would die because of it, like his mother. Therefore, there are in a feud and will not speak to each other. His mother, Mezeikii, was a jounin rank shinobi, who inspired Emono to become a shinobi himself. She was wounded in a raid on an enemy village a long time ago. Instead of retreating in order to get the wound healed, she decided to continue to fight and completed the mission. When he was young, he had little friends due to his intensive studying of chakra and ninja techniques. He became more popular during the academy years thanks to his tutoring the other kids.

Sorry mate, but at Genin Level, the highest a strength you can be is 'Above Average'. So, change it too,
- Above Average Chakra Control.
- Above Average skill at Ninjutsu .

I'm not 100% about this one, you’ll need a mod to look at that. To be safe and incase your not on when a mod check's this and you want it approved quickly, maybe change it too, 'Above average skill with metal fan's'
Erm, a little more in appearance would probably be nice. Suggestion; Talk about his hair, skin, any distinguishing marks such as scars or tattoos. But I guess its ok.
A little more in background wouldn't hurt. Maybe talk about what he was like as a child (Loner or friendly? Sad or Happy? Sweet or did he do evil things to small animals?) and a little bit on his academy years (Was he popular? Did he excel in his classes or struggle?.) But yes, you meet the line requirement so it's just a suggestion.
Other then that, It looks fine to me.
